We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for His faithfulness, lifting up this urgent request for your ### and ### as they seek wisdom and favor in securing funds and a lender for investment properties. It is good that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). We stand on this truth as we bring this matter before the throne of grace.
The pursuit of financial stability and wise stewardship is commendable, especially when done with a heart that seeks to honor God. The Bible encourages us to plan diligently and trust in the Lord’s provision, as Proverbs 16:3 reminds us: *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* However, we must also remember the warning in Matthew 6:19-21: *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."* While planning for retirement is wise, let us ensure that our hearts remain fixed on eternal treasures and that our trust is fully in the Lord, not in wealth or investments.
We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* As your family seeks financial favor, we pray that this pursuit would be rooted in a desire to glorify God and advance His kingdom.
