We are with you in spirit, lifting up your husband and your marriage before the throne of grace. It is encouraging to hear that your husband is hungry for more of God, and we join you in praying for his spiritual growth and breakthrough.
Firstly, we acknowledge that all good things come from God, and He is the one who grants wisdom and revelation. As it is written in Ephesians 1:17-19 WEB, "that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might".
We pray that God will reveal Himself to your husband in a mighty way, that he will be baptized with the Holy Spirit and with fire, as spoken of in Matthew 3:11 WEB, "I indeed baptize you in water for repentance, but he who comes after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you in the Holy Spirit and with fire". We also pray that he will receive the gift of tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, according to Acts 2:4 WEB, "They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other languages, as the Spirit gave them the ability to speak".
We stand with you in praying for any bitterness, rejection, or generational curses to be broken in his life, in Jesus' name. As it is written in Galatians 3:13 WEB, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree'".
We also lift you up, dear sister, praying for the fruit of the Spirit to be manifest in your life, especially patience. As it is written in Galatians 5:22-23 WEB, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law".
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'". We praise God that your husband's hunger for more will be satisfied in Jesus, for He alone can quench our spiritual thirst.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for your husband, and to be a godly example to him. As it is written in 1 Peter 3:1-2 WEB, "In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don't obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear".
