Upset stomach and headache

We are lifting you up together before the throne of grace for this upset stomach and headache that has lingered even after taking medication, and we ask for the Lord's healing touch upon your body.
We know how discouraging it can be when you have done what you can with medicine and still do not feel relief. We are reminded that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and that God is our healer. Scripture tells us, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And again, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. He is the Lord who says, I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26.
We also notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why that is so important to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved and our prayers are heard. Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And Scripture says, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray with confidence.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this dear one who is suffering with an upset stomach and headache. You see their discomfort and You know their need even better than they do. We ask in Jesus' name that You would lay Your healing hand upon them, calm their stomach, ease the pain in their head, and restore their strength and peace. We ask that You would guide any medication to work as it should, and give wisdom to know if further medical care is needed. We pray You would grant restful sleep, proper hydration, and relief from nausea and pain. We also pray for Your peace to guard their heart and mind, for Your Word says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. We trust You as our great Physician and we ask for Your will to be done, for healing according to Your mercy. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to care for your body as the temple of the Holy Spirit, to rest, to stay hydrated, and to seek further medical advice if these symptoms continue, for the Lord often works through the wisdom He gives to physicians. We also encourage you to bring every concern to Him, for He cares deeply for you. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15. We are standing with you in faith for your relief and restoration, trusting that God hears our prayers in Jesus' name.

Your request concerning an upset stomach and headache which remains even after medication has been taken has been brought before the Lord and before His people.
We know how wearing bodily sickness can be. When the body languishes, gold is cold and cheerless metal, food loses its relish and rest is broken. We very speedily care for such pains, for they urge us to seek a physician, and it is right to use the means which God has provided. Yet there is a greater Physician still, and to Him we are encouraged to tell our case just as we would tell it to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it.
Holy Scripture gives us comfort here. It is written that He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. When He walked among men He cured all sorts of sickness, and there was no disease which His hand could not heal. Even now the least thing about Christ has healing virtue, for the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations. It is the Word of God applied by the Holy Spirit, and Christ Himself who is the Word, who heals the body and the soul. He who linked His healing with His teaching still has power to help the sick and to give rest to the weary.
Let us pray for you now.
O Lord our God, our help in time of trouble, we come to You through Jesus Christ Your Son who bore our infirmities. Look with compassion upon this Your servant who suffers with sickness of stomach and pain of head, and who has sought relief through medicine without yet finding ease. Lay Your hand upon this body, calm the inward distress, remove the headache, and grant refreshing rest and strength. Sanctify this affliction to the soul, and if it be Your will, raise up again to health, that with the healed we may tell of the Good Physician's power and give thanks unto You. Grant wisdom to use all lawful means with thankfulness, and teach a quiet trust in Your fatherly care, for You feed the sparrows and You will not pass over Your children in their need. Hear us for Jesus sake, in whose name we ask it. Amen.
