Uplift, wisdom and direction

Please uplift the following men, Jim, Fred, Rick and John. Pray for direction, wisdom in decisions that will effect lives of there employees. Pray that these decisions will not be based on fear and that they will listen to what is the right direction. They are thinking of out sourcing and making more cuts that could have an negative outcome.

Lord, I pray for your intervention today, I pray you would give these men wisdom and direction. Help them to find better solutions to the economy then laying off people who need work, who need to feed their families and pay their bills. Help them to be creative and be compassionate towards their employees and their needs. I lay this at your feet Lord. I ask for mercy and grace for the employees and their families. Thank you and praise you, Lord, for you are the God of more than enough to meet these needs. Thank you for your kindness and your protection. Amen
