This is truly a reason to give Him thanks and praise. The Scriptures call everyone who has breath to praise the Lord, to praise Him for His mighty acts and for His excellent greatness, to praise Him for His goodness and His wonderful works to us. He hears prayer and He does not turn away His mercy from those who call on Him. He satisfies the longing soul and fills the hungry soul with goodness, and when we bring our needs to Him He is faithful to answer.
Your story is a reminder of that. God has heard your prayer and shown His kindness, and it is right to offer Him the sacrifice of thanksgiving and to declare His works with rejoicing. As Hebrews says, we offer the sacrifice of praise, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name. That means not only thanking Him in the moment of provision but letting praise continue in your heart and life.
