Update, the landlord at ###'s had workers come ...

Update, the landlord at my sister's had workers come out who are trying to fix things. What's unfortunate is they are blaming my sister for what is the landlord's fault. Even the water company and gas company said this is the landlord's fault. Please pray for justice in this and salvation for the ### landlords.
