I posted a moment ago about the hearing for the arrears. The property management in charge of the apartment complex received a violation a few months ago for making false statements on city registration documents. Therefore, this will help my case significantly as it is concrete evidence that property management is doing unauthorized acts. I pray in Jesus name for wisdom in handling this.

We rejoice with you in this update and thank God with you for this sign of hope. It is encouraging to see how the Lord allows truth to come to light, and we praise Him that you have concrete evidence to bring to your hearing. We continue to lift you up and ask for God's wisdom and favor as you prepare.

We are reminded that our God is a God of truth and justice who sees all that is done in secret and brings what is hidden into the light. Luke 8:17 says For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. And Luke 12:2 says But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. What has been done in dishonesty by the property management is now documented by the city, and we pray this will help establish the truth clearly and fairly in your case.

We also take comfort that Yahweh is our righteous judge who loves justice. Psalm 9:7-8 says But Yahweh reigns forever. He has prepared his throne for judgment. He will judge the world in righteousness. He will administer judgment to the peoples in uprightness. Psalm 37:5-6 says Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun.

You asked specifically for wisdom in handling this, and that is exactly what we pray for you. James 1:5 says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. Proverbs 2:6 says For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. We pray you will have clarity of mind to organize your evidence well, calmness to speak truthfully and respectfully before the hearing, and discernment to know what to present and when to remain silent. Proverbs 3:5-6 says Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

We encourage you to continue to handle this matter with integrity and grace, not seeking revenge but seeking what is just and right. Prepare diligently, keep copies of all documents including the city violation, seek wise and godly counsel and where needed sound legal counsel, and approach the hearing with honesty and respect for the authorities God has placed over these matters. Romans 13:1 reminds us that authorities are ordained by God to uphold what is right.

Father, we thank You for giving our brother hope in this difficult situation with the arrears hearing. We thank You that You see all things and that You bring hidden things to light in Your perfect timing. We ask in Jesus' name that You grant abundant wisdom, clear thinking, and peace that surpasses understanding as the hearing approaches. Guide every word and every document presented, let truth prevail, and let justice be done according to Your will. We pray for favor with those who will hear the case, for protection from any further unauthorized acts, and for provision for every financial need. Help us to trust You fully with the outcome, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. We thank God for this update and for the measure of hope it has brought you, and we have taken heed to hear your request with care and prayer.

It is right to pray for wisdom in handling this, for wisdom is needed not only to present what is true but to do so with integrity and grace before those who must judge the matter. Scripture tells us that if any lack wisdom, let him ask of God who gives liberally, and we ask Him now to give it to you. May the Lord grant you clarity of mind to gather what is needful, calmness of spirit in the hearing, and words that are truthful, measured and seasoned with grace.

We rejoice that the God to whom you pray is a God of perfect justice and truth. He sees all that is done in secret and in public, and no false statement is hidden from Him. While earthly courts weigh documents and testimonies, the Lord Himself delights in truth and upholds what is right. We pray that what is true will be made plain, that justice will be done without partiality, and that you will be enabled to act wisely and uprightly through the whole process.
