Unwanted Divorce ###

Lord I have doubts. What I thought was the beginning of your work has me questioning whether it is or is not. I talking with my wife I thought we were on our way to reconciliation. And maybe we are. But some things are happening that make me question it. Like why hasn't my wife told me her faults and what she has done to fix them. Why lord do I seem to be the only one admitting anything. Also lord she is unwilling to live by faith. She seems so hesitant that it makes me feel that her heart is not in it just her concerns over monetary issue. Lord I am ready to go to war for my rights as a father but worry that will put a nail in the coffin of my marriage...I need your guidance lord please help us reconcile or me to prepare for the battle to begin. What do I do lord, what do I do

Gracious Father, You know that so many of us struggle with not knowing which way to turn during life's difficulties. Ultimately we know that Your will is best. Will you truly reveal Your gracious self to this dear servant and make all crooked paths straight. May he see the way and walk in it hand in hand with you. Give him true peace in his heart and help him along life's way. I earnestly pray in Jesus' name. Amen

 

Please reattach attributes that brought these people together in the first place Lord and bless them with a fresh start in their relationship. Amen.

Lord, marriage is work and it is not a 50/50 partnership but 100/100 partnership. Help ### to understand your will in his marriage. Help him with being patient with his wife and himself, just as you are with us Lord. Give them grace to bear with each other idiosyncrasies. Help them to remember you keep trying to reach us even when we don't respond to your call. Let this marriage glorify your love. May you strengthen this husband. May you help his wife rekindle her love for her husband. Humble them both to admit their faults and give each other unconditional love like the love you give us Lord. In Jesus name Amen!
