Your unspoken request has been laid before the God who hears before we call, and we join you in prayer to Him who knows the heart fully when lips cannot speak.
We are glad you have asked for prayer, for to handle a matter wisely is to trust in God, and he that trusts in the Lord shall find good. The living God, who made heaven and earth and sustains all things by His almighty hand, is not a distant or dead help, but a warm and loving Father who comes into the midst of our lives. We are to trust Him acting in all prudence and uprightness, relying simply and entirely upon Him, not being idle nor rash, but committing our affairs into our Father's hands as His children in Christ.
We pray that the God of Peace Himself will meet you in this burden. He is the God of peace because He created peace, He restores peace through the blood of the everlasting covenant, He preserves peace when it is made, and He will perfect it at last. There is no true peace apart from peace with God, and that peace is established only through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ, our only Savior. By that sacrifice a covenant of peace is sealed between the sinner and his God, and from that peace with God flows a consequent peace within, a calm in the little kingdom of the soul which passes all understanding.
We do not know the particulars you carry, but God has already spoken in His Word, and very often the answer to a believer's petition is prepared before the request is presented. We pray that He will open your eyes to see what He has spoken, that you may appropriate His promises and find comfort and joy in believing. May the God of Peace make you holy and keep you, for He who is at peace with His believing people delights to make them pure and to bless them with perfect peace even when sorrows surge around. To know the will of Jesus and to do it is to abide in the peace of God.
Therefore we ask the Lord to grant you grace to trust Him alone for salvation and for daily keeping, to trust His Son at once and wholly, for He is very God and perfect Man and has never failed one who trusted Him. May He lead you to do that which is well pleasing in His sight, preserve you from using any means that would grieve Him, and establish your heart in holiness and quiet confidence. May you taste and see that the peace of God is good, and may that peace guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus until He perfects all that concerns you.
We continue to bear you before the throne, asking that His will be done and that you may be kept in His perfect peace.
