Hi, I need prayer and it may not be so, but just incase I need prayer to stop an unscrupulous lawyer in my disability case. As I stated before I am trying to get disability, and for four years had a lawyer who really didn't do nothing to win my case. I did recently get SSI but only a pittance of what I should of or could of if I'd of gotten disability. Now I keep getting calls from their financial dept. and think they are going to try and collect money for nothing.
I did get a whopping $58.00 bucks on SSI but 0's after that meaning Zero's after that. I don't count that as a win. I believe they are now fishing for information so they can go after me, or my wife to get their $6,000 fee. Per the contract it does state that SSI is a win , even though I only got the $58.00 and no back pay. I am not getting anymore SSI and will have to reapply later on, but unless something changes in my wife's Gross income not net they won't pay any more or will be denied anyhows.
This may be just me, but in my dealings with people over the years my Naivety has gotten me into trouble before in trusting people. I need prayer that only God knows the hearts and minds of these lawyers and what they are up to. So far nothing other than their financial dept. calling me trying to find out more on my wife's income.
Why else would they do this if they weren't looking to find a way to get $6,000 buck?
So yes please pray that these people aren't doing this, and if so they aren't successful. My wife and I even if she's the one making the money are just barely getting by to begin with. She wont have it neither the money that is so please pray for us thank you.
