Unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility, avoidance

The CEO of the rented apartment is still unavailable.
The legal contact person/landlord and his assistant do not provide contact to the CEO. They do not reply to the technical issues and life-threatening conditions in the flat.
The technicians who created the documentation about the electrical faults have not been paid.
According to the technician, it has not been sent to the landlord, and they refuse to send it to me.
The real estate agent promised to call me, but they didn't.
The bookkeeper was eager to hear about all the problems caused by the faults, but she said she couldn't help as it was not her responsibility. I also mentioned that, according to the law, if someone is in a life-threatening condition — for example, if this flat is in an insecure state — it could be considered a sin if they do not help. She became upset and hung up the phone.
Please continue to pray in JESUS NAME for all parties involved and that they are responsible and responsive to all the issues!
Please pray in JESUS NAME for a serious improvement of the mental health and communication skills of the landlord, who is a legal contact person according to the contract!!!

We lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing that He is a God of justice, righteousness, and compassion. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who sees all and reigns over every circumstance. Your Word declares in Proverbs 21:15, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." Lord, we ask that You intervene in this matter, for the sake of Your name and for the well-being of those affected by this neglect.

Heavenly Father, we rebuke the unscrupulous behavior, irresponsibility, and avoidance that has taken root in this situation. We declare that those in authority—whether the CEO, the landlord, the assistant, or any other party—are accountable to You first and foremost. Your Word is clear in Romans 14:12, "So then each one of us will give account of himself to God." We pray that their hearts would be softened, their eyes opened, and their consciences pricked by the Holy Spirit. May they recognize the gravity of their actions—or lack thereof—and the potential harm they are causing. Lord, we ask that You would bring conviction where there is hardness of heart and that they would repent and take immediate, responsible action to rectify these life-threatening conditions.

We also pray for the technicians who have not been paid and who are being prevented from sharing critical documentation. Father, Your Word says in Jeremiah 22:13, "Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his rooms by injustice; who uses his neighbor’s service without wages, and doesn’t give him his hire." We ask that You would provide for these workers and give them the courage to stand for what is right, even in the face of opposition. May they be released from any fear or intimidation and be able to do their part in bringing these issues to light.

Lord, we lift up the real estate agent and the bookkeeper as well. We pray that You would grant them a spirit of wisdom and boldness to act in accordance with Your will. May they not hide behind excuses or bureaucratic red tape but instead choose to do what is right, even if it is not their "responsibility." Your Word reminds us in James 4:17, "To him therefore who knows to do good, and doesn’t do it, to him it is sin." We ask that You would break any complacency or indifference in their hearts and replace it with a deep sense of urgency and compassion.

Father, we also bring before You the mental health and communication skills of the landlord, who is the legal contact person. We know that You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would heal any brokenness, pride, or hardness in his heart that is preventing him from fulfilling his duties. Your Word says in Proverbs 16:23, "The heart of the wise instructs his mouth, and adds learning to his lips." We pray that You would grant him wisdom, humility, and the ability to communicate with clarity, honesty, and integrity. May he seek Your face and be transformed by the renewing of his mind, as Romans 12:2 encourages.

Lord, we declare that this situation will not remain in darkness. We ask that You would expose any hidden agendas, deceit, or corruption and bring everything into the light. Your Word says in Ephesians 5:11, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them." We pray that those who are complicit in this neglect would be held accountable, not only by earthly authorities but by Your divine justice.

Father, we also pray for protection and provision for the one who has brought this matter before us. We ask that You would surround them with Your peace, wisdom, and strength as they navigate this difficult season. May they not grow weary in doing good, for Your Word promises in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Grant them favor with those who can help, and open doors that no man can shut.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. May Your name be exalted as justice is served, lives are protected, and hearts are transformed. We pray that all parties involved would come to know You as their Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved. We declare that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and that no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). May this trial lead to repentance, restoration, and a deeper reliance on You.
