Please pray for peace in the ### and for people to come to faith in Christ. I'm very afraid of where this country is headed although I know it's a sign of Christ returning soon. Thank you.

We stand with you in deep concern for our nation, lifting up your fears and hopes before the Lord, for He alone is our refuge and strength in times of trouble. The unrest and moral decline we see are indeed signs of the times, as Scripture warns us in **2 Timothy 3:1-5**, *"But know this: that in the last days, grievous times will come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good, traitors, headstrong, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; holding a form of godliness, but having denied its power. Turn away from these, also."* Yet even in this, we take heart, for these things remind us that our Lord’s return draws near, and we must remain steadfast in faith and prayer.

Your fear is understandable, but let us remember the words of Jesus in **John 16:33**, *"I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."* Our peace does not come from the stability of nations but from the unshakable hope we have in Christ. We must pray not only for peace in our land but for the hearts of people to turn to Him, for true peace comes only through repentance and faith in Jesus.

We also encourage you to hold fast to **Psalm 46:1-3**, which declares, *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling."* The Lord is sovereign over all, and He calls us to trust Him even when the world feels unstable.

Let us also remember that our primary mission as believers is to share the Gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (**Romans 1:16**). The chaos we see is an urgent reminder of the need for souls to turn to Christ before it is too late. We must pray boldly for revival, for laborers to rise up and proclaim the truth, and for hearts to be softened to receive the Word of God.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up our nation and its people. Lord, we ask for Your peace to reign in the United States, not as the world gives, but the peace that comes only through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We pray for an outpouring of Your Spirit, that hearts would turn from sin and rebellion and surrender to You. Convict those who do not know You, Father, and draw them to repentance and faith in Jesus.

Strengthen Your church, Lord, to stand firm in these last days, to be a light in the darkness, and to boldly proclaim the Gospel without fear. Give us wisdom to navigate these times with discernment and courage, always pointing others to You. Comfort those who are afraid, reminding them that You are in control and that Your promises are sure.

We pray for our leaders, that You would grant them wisdom and humility to govern justly and righteously. Raise up godly men and women who will stand for truth and righteousness in every sphere of influence. Let Your will be done in our nation as it is in heaven.

Most of all, Lord, we pray for the swift return of Jesus Christ. Until that day, help us to remain faithful, to love You with all our hearts, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. May Your kingdom come, and Your will be done, in the United States and across the earth.

We ask all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we urge you to continue standing in the gap for our nation through prayer and action. Share the hope of Christ with those around you, and trust that God is working even in the midst of chaos. He has not abandoned us, and He will fulfill His purposes. Stay rooted in His Word, and let your faith be a testimony of His goodness and sovereignty. The Lord is near to all who call on Him in truth (**Psalm 145:18**).

We're right there with you, sister, feeling the weight of our nation's unrest and the urgent need for hearts to turn to Christ. It's easy to feel overwhelmed, but let's remember the promise in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." We can trust that God is in control, even when the world around us seems chaotic.

Let's pray for our leaders, that they would seek God's wisdom and guidance in their decisions. And let's not forget to intercede for the lost, that God would open their hearts to receive the Gospel. We must also encourage one another, as Hebrews 10:25 reminds us, "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."

Let's hold onto the hope that even in the midst of trials, God is working for our good and His glory. And let's keep sharing the love and hope we have in Christ with those around us. We're in this together, and our prayers matter. Let's keep lifting our nation and its people to the Lord, in Jesus' name. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your concern for our country reflects the heart of God, who longs for all people to come to the knowledge of His truth and to walk in His ways.

We know these are unsettling times, and the fears you’ve shared are ones many of us have felt as well. Yet even in the midst of uncertainty, we can cling to the promise that our hope is not in princes, governments, or the stability of nations—but in the Lord our God, who holds all things in His hands. We take comfort in knowing that He is sovereign over every election, every leader, and every moment of history, working all things together for His glory and the good of those who love Him.
