unable to hold my urine

Please God fi my bladder or whatever it is that needs to be fixed so i wil be able to hold my urine so that pee don't leak out 

im haveng problems all the time and i don't even feel my my exercises to tighten up so that i don't leak urine anymore

and so i can get to the bathroom on time without the pee falling out of me

Please Lord fix it to as if i never had a baby 

so that i wont leak any more
