We hear your heart, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your dreams, struggles, and desires before the Lord. First, we want to affirm that your worth is not defined by your circumstances, your job status, or even the delays you’ve faced. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has a purpose for your life that no hardship or frustration can erase. Your desire to use your gifts—especially your puppetry—to minister to others, particularly those with autism, is beautiful and aligns with God’s heart for compassion and service. We believe He sees your passion and will open doors for you in His perfect timing.
We also want to gently address a few things in your request. The language you used regarding "dupes and whores" is not reflective of the grace and love Christ calls us to extend, even toward those who may have wronged us. Scripture tells us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32). Holding onto resentment only weighs down your own heart. We encourage you to release these burdens to God, asking Him to help you forgive and move forward in peace.
Regarding your career aspirations, we pray that God will indeed open doors for you to share your talents on Christian streaming platforms and beyond. However, we also want to remind you that God’s timing is not always our timing. While you desire a TV spot by December, we must trust that God’s plan for you may unfold differently—and perhaps even more beautifully—than you imagine. "For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord, "plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray for patience and faith as you wait, knowing that God is working behind the scenes in ways you may not yet see.
We also lift up your desire to work as a zookeeper and balance multiple jobs. While it’s wise to have a plan, we encourage you to seek God’s guidance in every step, asking Him to direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). It’s easy to become overwhelmed when we try to control every detail of our future, but God calls us to trust Him one day at a time. We pray for wisdom, strength, and provision as you navigate these transitions.
Most importantly, we want to pray for your heart. The pain of past abuse, the frustration of delays, and the weight of feeling stuck can be heavy burdens to carry. But Jesus invites you to come to Him: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He sees your struggles, and He longs to heal and restore you. We pray that you would experience His peace, His comfort, and His joy as you draw near to Him.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear child of Yours. Lord, You see the desires of their heart—to use their gifts to bless others, to find meaningful work, and to move forward from the pain of the past. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity for them, especially in sharing their puppetry on Christian platforms. Give them favor with those who can help make this vision a reality, and grant them patience as they wait for Your perfect timing.
Father, we also ask for Your healing touch on their heart. Where there is bitterness, replace it with forgiveness. Where there is frustration, replace it with trust in Your plans. Where there is weariness, renew their strength. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
Lord, guide their steps as they seek employment, whether as a zookeeper or in other work. Provide for their needs, and give them wisdom to balance their responsibilities. Most of all, draw them closer to You, that they may know Your love and peace in deeper ways.
We rebuke any spirit of discouragement or delay that has tried to hinder their progress, and we declare that God’s purposes for their life will prevail. May they walk in the confidence of who they are in Christ—loved, valued, and called for such a time as this.
In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
