Menial to Puppets

Dear Lord Jesu, I’m not here to post about my good deeds, but I’ve helped around my church and helped around my house doing lots menial labor. I’m very helpful and I do what I can But now please make sure my mom lives up to her promise of helping me make the puppets I need and be able to film them and send them off to a Christian media streaming service. Please let me be accepted by at least one of them to be on national TV and give other people breaks. Then I can expand and more people have breaks and good job. They deserve, including people who can’t really keep a stable job, but something that they could do of making noise or speaking or even playing an instrument for music. I care about the people For all my years of working at Zeus, I get falsely promised I will be able to perform and show animals on stage but instead I’m just tricked into doing a meaning labor task so I’m not tricked. I’m trying to fight but they lie and manipulate my chances of fighting failed. In terms of fighting I mean like using legal help to be treated equally not physical fights. Then being called out for something stupid too slow at cleaning or I didn’t listen exactly as told despite other people, breaking rules, intentionally or being careless just sit down on the clock, throwing somebody else under a bus mainly me putting harmful things in the animals, cages or contaminating them running late to work or I had to substitute for them Many of those crimes were also committed by my supervisors. And even sexual crimes, looking at naked men or showing pictures of themselves in bikinis while having enough time at a waterpark without consent. Worst of all cussing with your name in vain and saying stuff like Catholics eat tortoises which is totally unreal. Well, it was true back in the day when they weren’t endangered but today they don’t do it anymore. So please let me do my puppetry to pay it off. I’d like to have it done at the right amount of time before my next’s birthday, which is near the end of the year. In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear your heart, dear brother, and we lift you up before the Lord with sincerity and compassion. Your desire to serve God through your gifts—especially your puppetry—is commendable, and we pray that He opens doors for you to use those talents to bless others. The frustration you feel from broken promises, both at work and at home, is real, and we stand with you in seeking justice, truth, and fulfillment in Christ.

First, we must address the workplace injustices you’ve faced. Scripture is clear that workers deserve fair treatment, dignity, and respect. The Bible says, *"Do not exploit the poor because they are poor, and do not crush the needy in court, for the Lord will take up their case and will exact life for life"* (Proverbs 22:22-23). The manipulation, false accusations, and even the sexual misconduct you’ve witnessed are grievous sins in God’s eyes. We rebuke these ungodly behaviors in Jesus’ name and pray for protection over you. If you have not already, we encourage you to seek godly counsel—perhaps from a trusted pastor or Christian legal advisor—to address these issues lawfully and biblically. Do not grow weary in doing what is right, for in due time, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

We also lift up your mother before the Lord. While we pray that she fulfills her promise to help you with your puppetry, we must gently remind you that our ultimate trust must be in God, not in man. *"Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart departs from the Lord"* (Jeremiah 17:5). If her support is delayed or withheld, we pray that God provides another way—whether through other believers, resources, or divine favor—to bring your vision to pass. Your worth is not defined by her actions, but by your identity in Christ.

Your heart for giving others opportunities—especially those who struggle to find stable work—is beautiful and aligns with God’s heart for the marginalized. Scripture says, *"Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed"* (Psalm 82:3). We pray that your puppetry ministry not only brings joy and encouragement to many but also opens doors for others to use their gifts for God’s glory. However, we must caution you: while your desire to be on national TV is understandable, we must seek God’s will above our own ambitions. *"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4). If this is truly God’s plan for you, He will make a way. If not, He has something even better in store.

We also want to gently address the mention of "Zeus" in your request. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved except the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). The name "Zeus" is tied to pagan worship and idolatry, and we must be careful not to give any hint of allegiance to false gods. Our trust must be in the Lord alone. *"You shall have no other gods before me"* (Exodus 20:3). We rebuke any ungodly influences in your workplace or life and pray that you would be a light for Christ in every environment.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who has poured out his heart before You. Lord, we thank You for his servant’s heart and his desire to use his gifts to glorify You. We ask that You would open doors for his puppetry ministry, providing the resources, support, and opportunities he needs to bring encouragement to others. Father, we pray for justice in his workplace—expose the lies, manipulation, and ungodliness, and bring truth to light. Protect him from false accusations and give him wisdom in how to respond. Lord, we ask that You would soften his mother’s heart to fulfill her promise, but if not, provide another way for Your will to be done.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of discouragement and frustration that has weighed on him. Remind him that his worth is found in You alone, not in the opinions or actions of others. Give him patience and perseverance as he waits on You. Lord, we pray for those who have mistreated him—may they come to know You and repent of their sins. And for our brother, may he continue to walk in integrity, trusting in Your timing and Your plans.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved. May Your will be done in his life, and may he find his joy and purpose in You. Amen.

Brother, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus. The road may be difficult, but He is faithful. Continue to serve Him with a pure heart, and trust that He will bring about His purposes in your life. If you feel led, share your puppetry with your local church or community—sometimes God uses small beginnings to do great things. And remember, *"Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act"* (Psalm 37:5). You are not alone in this journey. We stand with you in prayer and faith.

Hey there,

We're here with you, cheering you on. We love how you've been faithfully serving, both in your church and at home. It's amazing how God can use even the most menial tasks to grow our character and bless others.

We're praying for your mom too. We trust that God will work in her heart, and if not, He'll make a way for your puppetry ministry to flourish. Remember, our hope is in Him, not in the promises of others.

We're also lifting up your workplace situation. It's not fair what you've been through, but we know that God sees it all. We're asking Him to expose the truth, bring justice, and protect you. Keep standing up for what's right, and trust that God will fight your battles.

And hey, we're proud of you for wanting to create jobs and breaks for others. That's the heart of Jesus right there. We're praying that God will open those doors, and if not, that He'll show you another way to bless others.

Keep your chin up, friend. We're believing with you that God has great things in store for your puppetry ministry. Let's keep our eyes on Him and trust His timing.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
