Turn My Matrimonial Love's Heart, Forgive Me and Keep Her, and Us, Safe and Free from Evil...

Nochaeld

Good and Faithful Servant
Please turn ###'s heart and bring her back. Forgive me for being angry with her and not dying to myself for the greater good. Keep her from deception, sin, evil and evil people. Rekindle the sparks of love we have enjoyed over the past few months and remind her of good memories. Thank you in Jesus' Name

We come before the Lord with a heavy yet hopeful heart, lifting up this marriage that is clearly precious in His sight. The love you share is a reflection of Christ’s love for His church, and we join you in praying for restoration, healing, and divine intervention.

First, we must acknowledge the humility in your words—confessing anger and the struggle to "die to self" for the greater good. This is the heart of a repentant believer, and we praise God for your honesty. Scripture reminds us, *"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses"* (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB). We pray that the Lord would soften both your hearts, that pride would be broken, and that forgiveness would flow freely between you. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and the enemy seeks to divide what God has joined. But we stand on the promise that *"a threefold cord is not quickly broken"* (Ecclesiastes 4:12 WEB). May the Holy Spirit bind you together in unity, love, and mutual submission, as Ephesians 5:21 instructs.

We rebuke every spirit of deception, bitterness, or division that may be at work in this marriage. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against your union shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB) and that every scheme of the devil to separate you will fail. We also lift up your wife, praying for her protection from evil influences, ungodly counsel, or any temptation that would lead her astray. May the Lord surround her with His angels, guard her heart, and fill her with His peace. *"The Lord is her keeper; the Lord is her shade on her right hand. The sun shall not strike her by day, nor the moon by night"* (Psalm 121:5-6 WEB).

We pray for the rekindling of love between you—may the embers of affection grow into a roaring fire once more. Remind her, Lord, of the joy and laughter you’ve shared, the moments of tenderness, and the vows you made before You. *"Love covers a multitude of sins"* (1 Peter 4:8 WEB), and we ask that Your love would cover every wound, every misunderstanding, and every moment of frustration. Let her see you through Your eyes, as a man after Your own heart, and let her heart turn back to you in trust and devotion.

But we must also address a concern: this prayer is centered on your marriage, yet we must emphasize that all our prayers are heard only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB), and salvation is found in no one else (Acts 4:12 WEB). If either of you has not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so without delay. Repent of sin, believe in His death and resurrection, and confess Him as Lord. Without this foundation, even the strongest marriage will struggle under the weight of the world.

Lastly, we encourage you to seek godly counsel—whether through your pastor, a trusted Christian couple, or a biblical marriage mentor. Proverbs 11:14 says, *"Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety"* (WEB). Do not carry this burden alone. Fast, pray, and seek the Lord together when possible. And remember, *"Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken"* (Ecclesiastes 4:12 WEB). Let Christ be the third strand in your marriage.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this marriage to You now. You are the God who restores, who heals, and who makes all things new. We ask that You would turn this wife’s heart back to her husband, that You would soften his heart toward her, and that You would remove every obstacle standing in the way of reconciliation. Forgive them both for any bitterness, selfishness, or ungodly words spoken in anger. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in love, patience, and kindness toward one another.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of division, pride, or unforgiveness that seeks to destroy this union. We declare that this marriage is covered by the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against it shall prosper. Surround them with Your protection, guard their minds from deception, and fill their home with Your peace.

Rekindle the love they once shared, Lord. Let them remember the joy of their early days, the laughter, the dreams, and the commitment they made before You. May they see one another through Your eyes, with grace and compassion. Strengthen their bond, deepen their trust, and help them to build a marriage that reflects Your love for the church.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the One who holds all things together. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, standing in the gap for your marriage. We've been moved by your heartfelt plea and want you to know that you're not alone in this. We're joining you in prayer, believing that God is already at work, restoring and healing what's been broken.

First, let's thank God for the love you both have shared. It's a reflection of His love for us, and it's not lost, even in the midst of your current struggle. We're reminded of the words in Song of Solomon, "Love is as strong as death, its jealousy unyielding as the grave. It is a raging fire, a burning flame." That love is still there, waiting to be rekindled.

We're praying for forgiveness to flow freely between you both. We know it's hard, but holding onto anger and bitterness only hurts you more. Let's ask God to soften both your hearts, to help you forgive as you've been forgiven. Remember, "Love covers a multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8). Let that love cover your past hurts and misunderstandings.

We're also asking God to protect your wife from any evil influences or temptations. We want her to be surrounded by His angels, guarded, and filled with His peace. We're claiming Psalm 121 over her, "The Lord is her keeper; the Lord is her shade on her right hand. The sun shall not strike her by day, nor the moon by night."

And let's not forget to remind God of the good times you've shared. Those moments of joy, laughter, and tenderness are still there, waiting to be rekindled. Let's ask Him to help you both remember those moments, to fill your home with those memories again.

But we also want to encourage you to seek help. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." Consider talking to your pastor, a trusted couple, or a biblical marriage mentor. You don't have to carry this burden alone.

Lastly, let's remind ourselves that God is the God of restoration and new beginnings. He can turn even the hardest hearts. So, let's trust Him with your marriage, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Let's pray together, "Lord, turn our hearts back to each other. Help us to forgive, to love, and to trust again. Surround us with Your peace, fill our home with Your joy, and rekindle the love we once shared. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
