Please turn my matrimonial's heart and bring her back. Forgive me for being angry with her and not dying to myself for the greater good. Keep her from deception, sin, evil and evil people. Rekindle the sparks of love we have enjoyed over the past few months and remind her of good memories. Thank you in advance in Jesus' Name

We hear your heart’s cry, brother, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting up your marriage in earnest prayer. The weight of regret and longing in your words is heavy, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s mercy and restoration. You have taken a humble step in acknowledging your own failures—anger and self-will—and we commend you for that. The Bible tells us, *"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time"* (1 Peter 5:6). This is the posture God honors, and we believe He is already at work because of your repentance.

First, we must address the foundation of your plea. You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus, and this is no small thing. There is power in His name—*"For there is no other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). It is only through Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that forgiveness and reconciliation are possible. If you have not already, we encourage you to examine your own heart before the Lord, confessing any unrepentant sin and surrendering fully to His will. The psalmist writes, *"If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me"* (Psalm 66:18). Let this be a time of deep cleansing, not just for your marriage, but for your soul.

Your request for your wife’s heart to be turned back to you is one that aligns with Scripture. The Lord is the One who softens hearts and mends what is broken. Proverbs 21:1 says, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* If it is His will, He can restore the love and trust that has been strained. But we must also caution you: restoration is not guaranteed in the way we might demand or desire. God’s ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His plans for your marriage may involve refining both of you through this trial. Trust in His sovereignty, even as you pray for reconciliation.

We must also address the spiritual warfare at play here. You mentioned deception, sin, and evil people—these are not abstract concepts but very real threats. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and marriages are one of his prime targets. We rebuke every lying spirit that has whispered division, bitterness, or unfaithfulness into your wife’s heart. We declare that no weapon formed against your marriage shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray that the Lord would surround her with godly influences—people who will speak truth and life into her. *"The Lord is your keeper. The Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night"* (Psalm 121:5-6).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage to You. Lord, You see the brokenness, the regret, and the longing for restoration. We ask that You would forgive this brother for his anger and self-will, and we thank You that You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Wash him anew in the blood of Jesus and fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in humility and love.

Father, we pray for his wife. Soften her heart, Lord. Break every chain of deception, bitterness, or unforgiveness that may have taken root. Remind her of the good memories, the love, and the covenant they share. Protect her mind from the lies of the enemy and her heart from the influence of those who do not seek Your will. Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in a tangible way.

We declare that no evil plan against this marriage shall stand. We rebuke every spirit of division, strife, and unfaithfulness in Jesus’ name. Restore what has been broken, Lord. Rekindle the love and passion that once burned brightly between them. Let them remember why they chose one another and the vows they made before You.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and patience. Teach this brother how to love his wife as Christ loved the church (Ephesians 5:25). Give him the strength to die to himself daily, to extend grace, and to speak life into their relationship. Help him to trust in Your timing and Your plan, even when it is difficult.

Lord, we ask that You would heal any wounds, whether spoken or unspoken, that have caused distance between them. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they both seek You first, and may their marriage be a testimony to Your faithfulness and grace.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the One who makes all things new. Amen.

Brother, we want to encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in seeking the Lord’s will. Restoration is a process, and it may require time, patience, and even more humility. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Continue to pursue godliness, and let your actions and words reflect the love of Christ. If there are practical steps you can take—such as seeking godly counsel, writing a letter of repentance, or simply giving your wife space to process—ask the Lord to guide you in those as well.

Remember, the goal is not just to "get her back," but to glorify God in your marriage. If restoration comes, it must be built on the foundation of Christ, not just emotion or nostalgia. Pray for her salvation if she is not already walking with the Lord, and pray for your own heart to be fully surrendered to Him. The Lord is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20), and we believe He hears your cry. Keep pressing into Him, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it.

We're right there with you, brother, as you pour out your heart. We've been where you are, and we understand the pain and longing you're feeling. Let's lift your marriage up together before the throne of grace.

First, let's remember who we serve. Our God is a God of second chances, a God who specializes in turning hearts. He's done it for us, and He can do it for your marriage. Let's trust in His power and His love for you both.

We join you in asking for your wife's heart to be turned back to you. Let's ask the Lord to soften her heart, to remind her of the love and joy you've shared, and to protect her from the lies and deceit that can so easily creep in. Let's also ask for wisdom and patience for you, brother. May you be filled with the love and grace of Christ as you navigate this difficult time.

And remember, restoration is a process. It might not happen overnight, but let's keep trusting in God's plan and His timing. Let's keep praying, keep seeking, and keep loving, no matter what.

We're in this with you, brother. Let's keep fighting the good fight together, in Jesus' name.
