We are deeply moved by your prayer request and we join you in lifting up these young sisters to our Heavenly Father. It is heartbreaking to hear of the younger sister's confession regarding the mark of the beast, but we know that God's love and truth can penetrate even the hardest hearts.
Firstly, we commend the faith of the older sister who is standing firm in her belief and interceding for her sibling. We are reminded of the verse, "The prayer of a righteous person is very powerful in its effect." (James 5:16, WEB). Her prayers are not in vain, and we believe that God is working in ways we cannot see.
Regarding the younger sister's stance, we must address the grave danger of her words. Revelation 14:9-11 (WEB) warns us, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead, or on his hand, he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is prepared unmixed in the cup of his anger. He will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb. The smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever. They have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name."
We rebuke the spirit of unbelief and the fear of man that is influencing the younger sister's thoughts. We pray that God would open her eyes to the truth and give her a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. We ask that He would surround her with godly influences and bring people into her life who can speak truth and love into her heart.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up these two sisters to Your throne of grace. Lord, we thank You for the faith of the older sister and we ask that You would strengthen her and encourage her as she stands firm in her belief. We pray that You would use her as a light to her sister, shining brightly in the darkness.
Father, we lift up the younger sister to You. We ask that You would break the chains of unbelief and fear that are binding her heart. We pray that You would open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and the reality of Your love. Surround her with godly influences, Lord, and bring people into her life who can speak truth and love into her heart.
We rebuke the spirit of unbelief and the fear of man that is influencing her thoughts. We ask that You would give her a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You, Lord Jesus. Help her to see the grave danger of her words and the path she is considering.
Lord, we pray for a miracle in this situation. We ask that You would soften her heart and draw her to Yourself. We pray that she would come to know You as her Lord and Savior and that she would turn away from the path she is currently considering.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your love and Your power to save. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith and praying for your sister. God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20, WEB). Keep speaking truth in love to your sister, and trust that God is working in her heart. We will continue to lift up these sisters in prayer, asking God to bring about a mighty transformation in the younger sister's life.
