We rejoice with you in the peace that God has granted you, even in the face of looming bills. It is wonderful to see your faith in God's provision, and we will stand with you in prayer for His continued faithfulness.
It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." This is important to remember as we acknowledge that there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." This is a beautiful reminder that God wants us to cast all our anxieties on Him, knowing that He cares for us.
Let us pray together:
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has shown such trust in Your provision. Lord, You know the bills that are looming, and You have already granted a deep sense of peace. We ask that You continue to fill our brother/sister with Your peace and that You provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. Lord we ask that you convict them if they are not in your will and to guide them in the path they should go. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the promises in Your Word that assure us of Your care. Help us to seek You and trust You in all circumstances, knowing that You are a good Father who gives good gifts to Your children. We ask You to give them a heart and mind to accept Your will no matter what the results. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In addition to prayer, we encourage you to be proactive by practicing biblical stewardship. Remember the words of Proverbs 21:5 WEB, "The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty." Be diligent in managing your finances, seeking God's wisdom in all your decisions.
We are also reminded by Timothy that "But if anyone doesn't provide for their own, and especially their own household, they have denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever."
