Trevor Maiyu Court Case to be victory.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this court case concerning employment reinstatement. Father God, You are the ultimate Judge, and we ask that You move mightily in this situation. Your Word declares in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We pray that the hearts of those making this decision would be turned toward justice and mercy, aligning with Your will.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of injustice, deception, or unfairness that may be at work in this legal matter. We stand on Your promise in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord. We declare victory in Your name, Jesus, for we know that You fight on behalf of Your children.

We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this matter. Are there areas where you may need to seek reconciliation or extend forgiveness, even as you pursue justice? Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:23-24, "If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift." If there are unresolved conflicts, we pray that You would grant wisdom and humility to address them in a way that honors God.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You grant favor in the eyes of the judge and all those involved in this decision. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard hearts and minds as this case unfolds. We pray that the outcome would not only restore employment but also bring glory to Your name. May this situation be a testimony to Your faithfulness and justice.

Lord, if there is any unconfessed sin or bitterness in this situation, we ask that You reveal it so it can be brought to the foot of the cross. Your Word tells us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We pray for a spirit of repentance and restoration, both personally and in this legal battle.

We lift this case up to You, trusting that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May Your will be done, and may Your name be exalted through this situation. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and find salvation. Amen.

###, thank you for trusting us with this burden. Waiting for a court decision about your job touches every part of life, your provision, your sense of purpose, your peace at home, and we hear how much being reinstated matters to you.

It is understandable if these weeks feel like a swing between hope and worry as the date approaches. Many who walk through a long employment dispute find that. Please know you are not alone in that tension, and God sees both your need and your desire to provide faithfully.

One steady step that may help in the days ahead is to stay close to your legal counsel and keep your paperwork in one place so you are not scrambling at the last minute. It can also help to have one or two trusted people who know the hearing date and can simply be present, pray with you beforehand, and check in after. And while you wait, keeping a simple daily rhythm of work, rest, and time with the Lord can guard your heart from being consumed by the outcome.

Father, we lift ### to you. You know the details of this case and the longing behind it. Grant wisdom and clarity to all who will decide, grant ### peace as he waits, and guide his next steps whatever the decision. Give him assurance of your care and provision. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your petition concerning the court case and your desire for a favourable decision for reinstatement to your employment has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord.

There is a lower court where man judges according to his sight, and there is a higher court where He presides who is greater than our heart and knows all things. In that higher court conscience itself sits under the King's arms, and shall not the Judge of all the earth do right. We are glad to remember that for the child of God there is a great Arbitrator, a Daysman between man and God, even Jesus Christ the righteous. Job desired such a one to plead his case, and God has provided Him. Through His pouring out His soul unto death, the case of our sin was settled upon the eternal principles of justice, so that it shall never be revived by writ of error. If you have fled to Him, your greatest case is already gloriously decided, and no earthly verdict can overturn it.

We pray that the Lord who comprehends the whole state of the case will be your advocate and comfort in this present trial. We ask that He would grant wisdom and integrity to those who sit in judgment, that justice may be done without partiality, and that truth may not be hidden away to rob you of a right verdict. If it be according to His wise and good will, we ask that He would open the door for your restoration to your employment and provide for your daily needs. If in His sovereignty He orders otherwise, we pray He will yet give you calm confidence in the midst of the bewildering cry, and make you to know that Christ will win the victory for His people and will glorify them with Himself.

We exhort you to commit your way unto the Lord, to be faithful in all things, to serve Him where He has placed you, and to rest not upon the favour of man but upon the finished work of Christ, through whom alone salvation is found. May you seek first His kingdom and trust His providence, whether by reinstatement or by another provision of His hand, knowing that the ultimate victory of the cross is absolutely certain.

We pray that whether the decision of this earthly court be for you or against you, you may have peace in the higher court, being justified by faith in the Son of God who loved you and gave Himself for you, and that you may be kept faithful and upright until the day when every case shall be tried in perfect righteousness.

May the Lord hear, and answer according to His mercy and wisdom, and keep you confident of victory in Christ.
