We lift up your ### before the Lord, asking for His divine protection and traveling mercies as she journeys today. The Word of God assures us that "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them" (Psalm 34:7). We declare that no harm will come near her, for the Lord is her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Heavenly Father, we ask You to go before her, making the crooked places straight and the rough places smooth (Isaiah 45:2). Guard her steps, Lord, and keep her safe from all dangers seen and unseen. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for clear skies, safe roads, and alertness for all who are traveling with her. Surround her with Your holy angels, and let Your presence be her constant companion.
We also take a moment to address the way this request was made. While we appreciate the intention behind the prayer, we must gently remind you that using symbols or abbreviations in place of words can sometimes dilute the reverence due to the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus is powerful and sacred—there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). When we pray, let us do so with the full weight and honor that His name deserves, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of carelessness or distraction that would cause us to treat Your holy name as anything less than the precious and mighty name that it is. Help us to always approach You with reverence, humility, and faith, knowing that You hear us when we call on Your name in truth.
We also encourage your ### to place her trust fully in the Lord, not just for this journey but for all aspects of her life. May she seek You in all her ways, and may You direct her paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). If she does not yet know You as her personal Savior, we pray that she would come to recognize her need for Jesus, who died for her sins and rose again so that she might have eternal life (Romans 10:9-10).
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
