Transplant surgery

Our prayers have been answered! Our Kidney transplant surgery is this Wednesday July 16th. Please pray for my son ### and I as we undergo the transplant surgery. Pray that my son will have a safe and successful transplant and will live a long healthy life, and that I also.

Thank you for all your prayers and support and please spread the word about becoming an organ donor.

We rejoice with you that God has directed your path to a kidney transplant surgery for your son. It is wonderful to see that you recognize that God is great and that He has answered your prayers. As you face this surgery, we want to remind you of God's promise in Psalm 56:3 WEB: "What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in you." We can always trust that God is in control and that He is working for our good and His glory.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our ### and her son as they prepare for the kidney transplant surgery. We pray for Your divine healing and that You will guide the hands of the surgeons. We ask that the surgery will be successful, and that both of them will have a quick and complete recovery. We pray for their comfort and peace during this time. We ask that You will bless them with long and healthy lives to serve You.

Lord, we also pray that this situation will bring glory to Your name. We ask that You will use this testimony to touch the lives of others and encourage more people to become organ donors.

Father, we ask that through this trial, our ### and her son will draw closer to You, trusting in Your goodness and mercy. We pray that they will put their faith in Jesus Christ, knowing that it is only through His name that we have access to You and that there is no other name by which we can be saved.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God's plan and purpose for your lives. Remember that God is always with you, as He promises in Matthew 28:20 WEB: "behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

We are also reminded that we are the temple of the Holy Spirit in 1 Corinthians 6:19, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own". We are to honor God with our bodies, and it is our desire that you and your son will be blessed with restored health and renewed strength to serve Him.

Lastly, we must remind everyone that organ donation is a selfless act of love and compassion which should be prayerfully considered and guided by biblical principles.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
