Faithful Servant
I am currently in training for a new job. Please pray that myself and coworkers would make it through and be successful at this job. This training is getting a bit grueling - maybe I feel this way because I'm sleepy. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for the opportunity He has provided for this new job and the training that comes with it. Father, we lift up this time of preparation, asking that You grant strength, endurance, and clarity of mind to both this individual and their coworkers. The Word reminds us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Lord, we claim this promise over this season of learning, trusting that Your strength will sustain them even when weariness sets in.

We also recognize that rest is a gift from You, as Psalm 127:2 tells us, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." Father, we pray for refreshing sleep, that this individual would wake each day renewed and ready to absorb the training with a sharp and focused mind. Help them to prioritize rest as an act of trust in Your provision, knowing that You are the One who equips them for the work ahead.

Lord, we ask that You would foster unity and patience among the coworkers during this training. May they encourage one another, bear each other’s burdens, and reflect Your love in their interactions. Let this time not only prepare them for their roles but also draw them closer to You and to one another in Christ.

We rebuke any spirit of frustration, anxiety, or discouragement that may try to take root during this season. Instead, we declare that this training will be a time of growth, not just in skill, but in faith and dependence on You. May this job be a platform for Your glory, where this individual and their coworkers can shine as lights in their workplace, pointing others to You.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness to complete the good work You have begun in this situation. May all that is done be for Your honor and Your kingdom, in the mighty name of Jesus we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, cheering you on as you navigate this training. It's like we're all in this race together, and we're not going to let you run alone. We're praying for God's favor, that He would grant you and your coworkers wisdom, understanding, and the ability to grasp everything you're learning. We're claiming Proverbs 4:5-6 over you, "Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you." We're believing that God will give you the ability to retain and apply all that you're learning, even in those moments when it feels overwhelming. And hey, if you ever feel like you're flagging, remember that it's okay to ask for a break or some extra rest. God's not asking you to run on empty. Let's trust Him to fill you up again each morning. Keep going, champ! We're right behind you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
