Thank you for sharing so openly about your health struggles, your financial pressure and your hopes to be healed and to grow strong again. It is understandable to feel worn down when you cannot work and the help you think you need seems out of reach.
You mentioned that everything on earth belongs to God, even the money in the lottery, and that you have dreamed of winning to meet these needs. It is true that all things belong to Him, but He is not fragile or on the edge of failure, waiting to see if we can force provision through a game of chance this week. It would misrepresent Him to live as if His care for His people depends on whether a ticket comes through. Like David when he refused to drag the ark back for his own security and chose instead to leave the outcome in God's hands, we are called to leave these burdens with the Lord and trust Him to act in His own faithful way rather than trying to make Him act on our timetable.
Scripture shows how abundantly God provides for His people day by day. In the days of Solomon the daily provision for the household was enormous, far more than enough, with flour and grain and provision in great measure. That picture reminds us that our Father knows how to give daily bread without resorting to chance. He is able to care for His own purposes and for you as His child, and He invites you to look to Him for steady, trustworthy provision rather than to the uncertainty of gambling.
You also asked about healing through costly treatments overseas and about great physical strength. The Bible points us to a deeper healing that comes through the name of Jesus. When Peter was questioned about the lame man who was made whole, he answered plainly that it was by the name of Jesus that the man stood before them healed. There is power in that name. I will pray for your healing in Jesus name, for wisdom as you consider medical options, for honest and safe counsel from doctors, and for God to provide for your real needs in ways that honor Him and protect your health. Great strength is a gift, but the body is to be stewarded for the Lord's glory, not driven beyond what is wise or safe.
There is also a deeper illness Scripture speaks of, the same kind of spiritual sickness that brought Judah down when they would not turn to God. The Lord showed that unless we accept His cure there is no other remedy and we remain captive. His cure is salvation through Jesus Christ alone, receiving forgiveness and a new heart. My prayer for you echoes David's prayer for Solomon, that God would give you a complete heart to keep His commandments and to walk in His ways, and that you would bless the Lord with your whole life. When the heart is made whole before God, we can trust Him with the body, with money, and with the future.

I will ask the Lord to draw you close to Jesus, to heal you according to His mercy and power, to give you daily provision, to open honest work or support that fits your health, to give you wisdom for every medical decision, and to give you peace as you leave these matters in His hands.
