We lift you up before the Lord and bring your desire for healing and for strength in training before Him, seeking His will together in Jesus name.

We understand you are hoping for healing through stem cells and peptides and you are training diligently with the goal of bench pressing one hundred forty kilograms for sixty reps and approaching a world record, also with deadlifts. We pray for your health and we also want to share some biblical wisdom about caring for the body God has given you.

Scripture reminds us that our bodies are not our own but are entrusted to us by God. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. And whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31. This means we are called to be good stewards of our health, to seek healing in ways that honor Him, and to pursue strength not out of pride or vanity but for His glory.

We encourage you to seek godly and wise medical counsel regarding any injections, stem cells, or peptides. While God has given knowledge to physicians and we can thank Him for medical advances, we must also be discerning. If stem cells are being considered, we urge you to ensure they do not come from sources that destroy innocent life, for every life is fearfully and wonderfully made and formed by God in the womb. For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:13-14. Adult stem cells and other ethical sources do not require the taking of life, and we encourage you to pursue only what is ethical and lawful. In the same way, we encourage you to avoid any substance or method that would be unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to your body, and to be transparent with your doctors about risks and motives. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6.

We also hear your passion for great strength and endurance. Discipline in training can honor God when it is done with the right heart. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. We gently encourage you to examine your motives, that this goal would not be rooted in pride or the praise of men, but in stewardship, perseverance, and giving glory to God with the strength He provides. True strength ultimately comes from Him. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13. We pray you will pursue this training with patience, rest, and wisdom, not pushing your body to destruction, but honoring its limits as God’s creation.

We notice your request did not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9. It is by His name we pray for healing, for He is our ultimate healer. For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17.

We now pray together for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this one who desires healing and strength. Lord, You know the needs of his body, any injury or weakness that needs Your touch. We ask for Your healing hand upon him, that You would restore health according to Your will and guide every medical decision with wisdom and discernment. Lead him to ethical, safe, and God honoring treatment and to physicians who will give honest counsel. Give him wisdom to steward his body well through proper training, rest, and nutrition, and protect him from harm or temptation to use anything that would dishonor You or damage the temple You have given him. We pray that his training would be done for Your glory, with humility and perseverance, and that You would give him strength and endurance that testifies to Your power. Let any achievement be an opportunity to give You thanks and not to exalt himself. Above all, draw him close to Jesus, that he would trust in Christ as Lord and Savior and know that his greatest strength and hope is found in You. We ask that You would prosper his soul even as You care for his body, as it is written, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Thank you for sharing these hopes with us. The desire to be healed and to grow stronger, to steward your body well and press toward a big goal, is understandable and we are glad you brought it to prayer.

As you think about injections and about training toward such heavy, high volume lifting, we encourage you to invite wise counsel into the process. A qualified medical professional who knows your history can talk through what stem cells and peptides would or would not offer for you, including risks and realistic expectations, and a qualified coach or clinician can help assess whether that bench and deadlift target is safe and how to approach training without harm. We will be praying with you as you seek that input, not instead of it.

We also hear perseverance in your request, a willingness to work hard and keep going. Noticing and building on the strengths God has already given you, like discipline and commitment, can help you make steady, wise choices one step at a time.

Father, we bring our brother before you and ask for your healing touch and clear wisdom. Guide his decisions, guard his body from harm, and give him discernment and peace as he seeks your will for his health and his training. Lead him in the way that honors you and is best for him. In Jesus name, amen.

Your request for healing and for renewed bodily strength has been brought before the Lord with care and prayer.

Human strength, even at its mightiest, is derived strength and therefore measurable, and it will spend itself in due time. Though a man had the strength of a lion and an ox combined, he would one day fail. The Scripture says, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Apart from God it is not strength at all, and must come to an end. But oh the glory of the strength of God, inexhaustible and eternal, and He delights to give it to those who have no might.

Physical strength is very desirable. What a blessing it is to be hale and strong and vigorous. Yet a man may have gigantic force and it may be a curse to him unless it be strength in the Lord. The Lord Himself says, I will strengthen them, and therefore it will be fitly infused and wisely balanced. To be strengthened with strength in the Lord is of all things the most desirable.

So also there is healing to be sought. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician for healing. But we are taught that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves are full of healing virtue. When the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are found together in Him. Many a child of God when weary has renewed his strength at the remembrance of pardoning mercy.

We will pray for you, that the Lord who alone is our life and our strength would look upon you in mercy. We ask that He would grant you true healing according to His wise and tender will, that He would give wisdom to any who care for your body, and that He would teach you to wait upon Him day by day, for they that wait upon the Lord renew their strength. We ask that if it be His will to restore you, it may be gradually and firmly, as those who recover after long illness learn to look beyond this present life and to yield themselves to the discipline of the Lord.

Concerning these injections and peptides and the great labours of bench and deadlift of which you speak, we pray that you may be kept from putting trust in any arm of flesh, and that your desire for strength may be brought under the discipline of Christ. Count the cost, and cry to the Strong for strength, asking God to give you sufficient grace for every time of need. Whether you are made strong or kept weak, may your strength be in the Lord, and may it be used for His honour and not for vainglory.

May the Lord heal your brokenness first of all by bringing you to rest wholly upon Christ, for when stripped of all strength and power you shall gain a glorious salvation in the Lord Jesus. And may He then, as seemeth good to Him, renew your body also, that you may walk up and down in His name and serve Him with a vigorous and willing heart.

We commend you to Him who forgives all iniquity and heals all diseases, praying that you may know both forgiveness and healing from His own hand, for Christ's sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have brought your request for healing and for strength before the Lord in prayer.

We understand your desire to be healed and to grow strong, and to be able to lift heavy weights and pursue these records. It is good to steward the body God has given you, for it is His temple, and to seek health with wisdom and care. Scripture reminds us that bodily exercise does profit a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, both in this life and in the life to come. That teaches us to keep the body in its proper place, not as an idol or as the chief source of our hope, but as a servant to a soul that loves and serves Christ.

We have prayed that God, who is the true Physician, would grant you healing according to His mercy and wisdom. We have asked Him to give you discernment as you consider injections, stem cells and peptides, to guide you to honest and wise medical counsel, to protect you from what would harm you, and to help you not put your ultimate trust in any treatment but in Him. We have also prayed that He would give you strength, but with right motives, that your strength would be used for health, for work, for serving others and for walking faithfully before Him, rather than for boasting or for pushing the body beyond what is wholesome.

We encourage you to seek the exercise of the soul above all, through prayer, endurance, perseverance and faith in Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation. As you train, do so with moderation, humility and thankfulness, listening to wise guidance, resting well, and remembering that even our breath and our health are gifts from His hand.

May the Lord grant you wisdom in every decision about your body, true healing as He wills, contentment in His provision, and a heart that desires His glory more than any record or achievement. We will continue to pray that you grow strong in both body and soul, for His purposes.

If you would like, share more about your health needs so we can continue to pray with greater understanding.
