We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you sought the Lord’s guidance about adjusting your training schedule. It’s not always easy to find the right balance, especially when early mornings and long days leave little room for rest or reflection. We’ve been lifting up your request, asking God to make His will clear—whether that means opening a door to a more sustainable rhythm, giving you strength to endure the current pace, or providing wisdom to know how to prioritize your time in a way that honors Him.

If the Lord has already answered this prayer—perhaps by shifting your schedule, granting you unexpected energy, or even confirming that this season of early mornings is exactly where He wants you—we would love to hear your praise report! There’s nothing more encouraging than seeing how God moves in response to our faithfulness.

If, however, you’re still waiting for clarity or feel like the answer hasn’t come yet, we want to continue standing with you. Please don’t hesitate to post this request again so we can keep praying alongside you. Sometimes the Lord works in ways we don’t immediately recognize, and other times He asks us to wait patiently for His timing. Either way, we’re here to intercede for you as you seek His direction.

May the Lord bless you with peace as you trust in Him, and may He reveal His perfect plan for your training, your rest, and your walk with Him. We pray this in Jesus’ name.
