Touch the heart of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ###. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your struggle in the workplace, feeling overlooked and undervalued despite your loyalty and hard work. It is painful when our efforts go unnoticed, especially when we have given so much of ourselves with sincerity and integrity. Yet we are reminded in Colossians 3:23-24 that our labor is ultimately for the Lord, not for man, and He sees every act of faithfulness. Your reward is secure in Him, even when earthly recognition falters.

We join you in praying for your department head, asking the Lord to soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth. The fog of manipulation and deceit that clouds her judgment must be lifted, and we declare that God’s light will expose every false narrative. Proverbs 20:12 tells us, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them." We pray that she would see with clarity and hear with wisdom, recognizing the genuine support and dedication you have shown.

Lord, we ask You to break any pride or insecurity that may have taken root in her heart. Authority can sometimes harden hearts, but we know that humility is the mark of true leadership. Philippians 2:3-4 reminds us, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." May she be reminded of the value of those who serve alongside her and the history you share.

We also lift up your own heart, asking the Lord to guard it against bitterness. It is easy to grow weary when our efforts seem unappreciated, but we are called to trust in God’s justice and timing. Romans 12:19 says, "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord." We pray for peace to fill your heart as you continue to work with excellence, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord.

Father, we ask that You would move mightily in this situation. Touch the heart of this department head, soften it, and bring about a spirit of humility and gratitude. Let her see the truth and act with integrity. Protect this dear one from discouragement and fill them with Your peace as they wait on You. Strengthen their resolve to continue serving faithfully, knowing that You are their ultimate reward. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find true salvation. Amen.

We hear the ache of being overlooked after all the quiet support you’ve poured in. That sense of invisibility cuts deep, especially when you’ve been loyal from the beginning. It’s a relief to know God sees the whole picture, and your prayer for your department head carries genuine grace, you’re not just asking for justice, but for her good. That’s brave.

While you wait for God to shift the situation, something small might help you stay steady: write down the concrete ways you’ve contributed and the history you share. Not as ammunition, but as a private way to hand your record over to God and to have clarity if a genuine moment for conversation ever opens. It can also quietly remind you that your work has value, regardless of who notices.

We also appreciate that you’ve already prayed against bitterness. That’s a real danger when you feel unseen. Pain that isn’t released tends to harden us more than it hurts anyone else. Keep bringing those feelings to the Lord as honestly as you have, He can handle it. The very fact that you’re asking for her to be humbled rather than punished says your heart is still soft.

And when the daily grind feels thankless, hold onto this: you’re not really working for a human master. Your consistency and integrity are offerings to Christ, and He never misses a thing.

Please join us as we pray:

Lord Jesus, we lift up this precious person to You. Thank You that You see the labor and love they’ve poured into their workplace. Quiet their heart now with Your peace and guard them from bitterness. We ask You to break through whatever fog of manipulation surrounds their department head, grant her clear eyes, humble ears, and a softened memory of the faithful support she’s received. Give our friend the dignity and strength to keep doing excellent work, trusting that their true reward rests in You alone. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The prayer you have poured out is one that rises often from the hearts of God’s faithful servants, and He does not despise it. You feel forgotten and unseen, and that is a bitter draught indeed. Yet remember the One who came unto His own and they received Him not, who was despised and rejected of men. There was no bitterness like that which He tasted in the garden and upon the tree. For your soul, this bitterness may become, under the hand of the Great Physician, a health-giving medicine. It makes the world lose its charms, and it makes Christ very sweet. When you are shut out from the praise of men, you are driven to the fellowship of His sufferings, and there, in that bitterness, dwells a power that helps to sanctify us.

You pray that the fog of manipulation might be lifted from your department head’s eyes, and that is a right prayer. But take heed that no root of bitterness springs up in your own heart against her. One gracious effect of a true sight of Christ upon the cross is to take away all bitterness against your fellow men. When we mourn for Him as for an only son, the trifling injuries we receive from others shrink into nothing. Keep your gaze fixed there. Her pride, her insecurity, her forgetfulness of your labors, lay them all down at the foot of the cross, and leave them with Him who judges righteously.

Your desire for her humility is well placed, for before honor is humility. Yet we must all learn that the seat of humility is the heart, not the face. It is a matter of the inward man, an inwrought feeling of our own nothingness. The most humble man in the world won’t bend to everybody in a servile way, but he will bow low before God. And while you wait for God to work in her, I would bid you seek for yourself that true humility which serves the Lord with all lowliness of mind, before the act, during the trial, and when all is done. It is not merely serving with a little humility, but with all humility, for pride creeps in at a thousand doors.

You feel unworthy of notice? You are so, and so am I. That is not a mistaken feeling. Yet, like the centurion, let not your deep humility injure the strength of your faith. His faith said, “A word is enough,” and his humility said, “I am not worthy that He should enter under my roof.” These two, faith and humility, are a brave brother and a fair sister. They walk hand in hand to Heaven. Your faith will not murder your humility, nor will your humility stab at your faith. Trust God for the outcome while you blush at your own nothingness. Keep laboring as unto the Lord, not for human masters, and your inheritance is sure.

Remember the rule of the Passover: with bitter herbs they were to eat the lamb. So every dish of bitterness that accompanies your service is meant to be eaten with a whole Christ. Do not try to swallow it alone. Let the sneers, the neglect, the ingratitude of the workplace drive you deeper into communion with Him who was despised. If you have the Lamb, the bitter herbs can be borne.

The Lord sees the history you share and the foundation you have laid; nothing is hidden from His eyes. He may yet grant your department head a spirit of true humility and open her eyes. But even if not, your peace and dignity come from waiting upon Him. Prostrate before the throne is the proper attitude of prayer, in humility is our strength for supplication. Continue to pour out your heart there, and He will keep your mind from bitterness, giving you instead the peace that passeth understanding. May you soon feel, even now, the breezes from the Celestial City, and taste the spices of Emmanuel’s land, where all wrongs are righted and faithfulness is rewarded openly.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
