Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ###'s manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is clear that you have invested much, your labor, loyalty, and care, only to feel overlooked and even undermined by those in authority. We stand with you in prayer, lifting up every word you’ve shared before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every situation.

First, we want to affirm that your desire for justice and recognition is not wrong, but we must also guard our hearts against bitterness, as you’ve rightly asked the Lord to do for you. The Word reminds us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Even in the face of injustice, we are called to walk in grace, trusting that God sees and will repay. Proverbs 20:22 tells us, "Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you."

We also lift up the one you’ve prayed for, asking the Lord to indeed open her eyes to truth. The enemy loves to sow division and deception, especially in places where pride or insecurity can take root. We rebuke every spirit of manipulation, deceit, and two-facedness in this workplace, declaring that the light of Christ will expose every hidden thing. Ephesians 5:11-13 says, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are exposed, are revealed by the light." May the Lord grant her discernment and humility, softening her heart to see the truth of your contributions and the schemes of those who seek to divide.

We also want to encourage you to continue walking in integrity, even when it feels like no one notices. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from man. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will vindicate you in His perfect timing.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the hurt, the frustration, and the injustice that has taken place. We ask that You would move mightily in this workplace, exposing every lie and breaking every chain of deception. Open the eyes of those in authority to see the truth, and soften their hearts to recognize the loyalty and hard work that has been poured out.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of manipulation, pride, and division in this place. We declare that Your light will shine in the darkness, and every hidden thing will be brought to light. Grant wisdom and discernment to those who need it, and humble the hearts of those who have been lifted up in pride.

Lord, we also pray for our brother/sister in this situation. Guard their heart from bitterness and resentment. Fill them with Your peace and strength, reminding them that their labor is not in vain. Help them to continue walking in integrity, trusting that You see their efforts and will reward them in due time.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who sees all and judges justly. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

We have been praying as we read your words, and we hear how painful it is to feel unseen after giving so much loyalty and hard work. It makes sense that you feel hurt and frustrated when your contribution seems forgotten and when you sense manipulation shaping how you are viewed.

We are joining you in asking God to bring clarity and humility to your workplace, and to guard your own heart while you wait. Wanting truth to be seen is right, and holding that desire without letting it harden into bitterness is a real struggle. Bitterness often grows when we keep replaying the offense and trying to control what others think. Releasing that grip does not mean pretending the hurt did not happen, it means choosing to hand the burden to God each time it rises so your heart stays soft and free to do good work.

Something that helps many in a conflict like this is to keep a brief, factual private note of key interactions and to seek one wise, trusted person outside the office, perhaps a pastor or mentor, who can listen, give perspective, and pray with you regularly. It keeps you from carrying this alone and helps you stay steady and dignified in your daily work.

Father, You see our friend fully and You know every act of faithfulness offered. We ask You to bring peace to their mind, protect them from bitterness, and give wisdom for each next step. Work in every heart involved according to Your will and let Your justice and mercy be known. In Jesus name, amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been laid open before the Lord, and He who sees in secret has heard the heaviness of your heart. You feel forgotten and unseen among those with whom you labor, and you have come honestly before God with that wound, and this is right. Let us daily ask the Lord to keep us in a truthful spirit, admitting the truth both concerning ourselves and our Lord, feeling its power. You have done well to tell Him plainly that you are hurt, that you have labored faithfully, and that you fear the fog of false words and manipulation.

Know this, that your Saviour knows the sting of which you speak. He must be betrayed by His friend, that He may bear the utmost depths of suffering, and that in every separate circumstance there may be a well of grief. Scripture was fulfilled, sin was developed, and the great High Priest became able to sympathize with us in every point. When you are bypassed, misrepresented, or stepped over by the two faced dealing of others, you are not alone. Christ was taken, falsely accused, and wounded by familiar hands, and He is tender toward you now.

There is a bitterness in such a trial, and God has made you to feel it, and there dwells in that bitterness a power that helps to sanctify us. Our first sight of Christ brings bitterness into our soul, not that He is bitter, but that our sin and our sorrow make us mourn for Him as one mourns for an only son. That godly bitterness has most gracious effects. It makes Christ very sweet, for when the world loses its charms, He becomes our familiar Friend, our living Lord. And one effect of this bitterness upon the soul that feels it is to take away all bitterness against your fellow men. This is the grace I pray God will give you, even as you wait for Him to move, that your own heart be kept from bitterness, that you may overcome evil with good.

I join you in praying that the Lord would grant to her whom you have lifted up, clarity of mind and true discernment to see persons and things exactly as they are. May the Lord break through any pride or insecurity that a place of authority can bring, and give a spirit of true humility, to remember that a title is never the true measure of work done, but dedication, integrity and the hearts of those who have faithfully supported the work from the beginning. Pray that the Lord would expose what is false and bring truth to light in His own wise time, not for vengeance, but that righteousness and peace might dwell in that workplace. He loves His own far too well to allow division to separate them in heart without calling them to truth.

While you wait, feed upon a whole Christ and upon His Word. There is such a thing as feeling, on the hill Beulah, the breezes from the distant Celestial City, and when the wind blows the right way, you may often smell the spices of the Glory Land where Emmanuel is King. Go on with your work and take whatever of bitterness accompanies your service, with bitter herbs shall you eat it, and let that bitterness make your Saviour more precious to you.

May the Lord protect your mind and heart, give you peace and dignity, and strength to keep doing your best, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from Him and not from man. May He keep you from repaying evil for evil, and make you an overcomer by looking to Christ for all things.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ alone, our only hope of salvation, look upon this weary servant. Thou knowest the labor, the loyalty, and the tears poured out in this work. Keep this heart from bitterness, make Christ sweet to this soul, and let truth and humility prevail where there has been manipulation and deceit. Grant discernment to those in authority, soften what is hard, humble what is proud, and let Thy will be done. Give peace that passeth understanding, and help Thy child to rest in Thy faithful hands until Thou answerest. Amen.
