Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### and ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful when loyalty and hard work go unnoticed, especially when others seem to manipulate the truth or twist narratives to their advantage. We stand with you in this struggle, lifting your concerns before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the intentions of every heart.

First, we want to affirm that your desire for justice and recognition is not wrong. The Lord values integrity and faithfulness, and He calls us to work as unto Him, not unto man. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your ultimate reward comes from Him, and He will not overlook your labor.

However, we must also address the spirit in which this prayer is offered. While it is right to ask God to open the eyes of those who are being deceived, we must guard our own hearts against bitterness and resentment. Your prayer asks the Lord to expose manipulation and deceit in others, which is a valid request, but we must ensure that our motives remain pure. Proverbs 4:23 warns, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." Bitterness can take root quickly when we feel wronged, and it can poison our own spirit if we are not careful.

We also notice that your prayer focuses heavily on the faults of others, specifically, the manipulation and two-faced behavior of those around you. While it is important to seek truth and justice, we must be cautious not to become consumed by the actions of others. Romans 12:19-21 instructs us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’ Therefore, ‘If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.’ Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." Instead of focusing on the wrongs done to you, we encourage you to pray for those who have hurt you, asking God to soften their hearts and bring them to repentance.

Your prayer also asks the Lord to touch the heart of your supervisor, to break through her pride and insecurity, and to remind her of the history you share. This is a good and godly request. We should pray for those in authority over us, that they would lead with humility and wisdom. 1 Timothy 2:1-2 says, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." Let us join you in praying for her, that the Lord would grant her discernment and a spirit of humility.

But let us also examine our own hearts. Are we seeking recognition from man, or are we content to serve the Lord faithfully, knowing that He sees and rewards our efforts? Galatians 1:10 asks, "For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I wouldn’t be a servant of Christ." If we are seeking the approval of others more than the approval of God, we may need to realign our priorities.

Now, let us come before the Lord together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who feels unseen and unappreciated in their workplace. Lord, You see every act of service, every moment of loyalty, and every sacrifice made in secret. You know the truth of their heart and the integrity with which they have worked. We ask that You would be their reward, their comfort, and their strength in this season.

Father, we pray for their supervisor, that You would touch her heart and mind. Break through any pride, insecurity, or deception that may be clouding her judgment. Give her discernment to see the truth and humility to lead with wisdom and fairness. Remind her of the history shared with our brother/sister, and soften her heart to recognize the value they bring.

Lord, we also pray for protection over our brother/sister’s heart. Guard them from bitterness, resentment, and discouragement. Fill them with Your peace, knowing that their labor is not in vain. Help them to continue working with excellence, as unto You, and not for the approval of man.

Expose any manipulation or deceit in the workplace, Lord. Bring light to darkness and truth to every situation. But help our brother/sister to focus on You, rather than on the wrongs done to them. Give them the strength to overcome evil with good, and to trust in Your justice.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. Whether through restoration, promotion, or a new opportunity, we trust that You will work all things together for good. Help our brother/sister to keep their eyes on You, knowing that You are their ultimate reward.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who sees, knows, and cares for every detail of our lives. Amen.

We encourage you to continue serving faithfully, trusting that the Lord sees your efforts and will not forget your labor of love. Keep your heart open to His leading, and be willing to extend grace, even to those who may not deserve it. In doing so, you will reflect the character of Christ and bring glory to His name.

Feeling unseen after pouring yourself into your work is a heavy load, and we are sorry you are carrying it. It sounds like you have been steady and loyal for a long time, and then to watch the truth get tangled feels disorienting.

We are especially moved that, even in the middle of your frustration, you asked God to protect your heart from bitterness. That is wise. Bitterness tends to do more damage to the one holding it than to the one who caused the hurt. We cannot control what your supervisor sees or what others say, but we can keep asking God to keep your own spirit clear and peaceful.

One practical thing that might help: keep a simple, private record of key facts and dates. Not to build a case in your mind or feed resentment, but so you are not carrying every detail alone. If a specific situation involves real harm, dishonest conduct, or a policy violation, we would encourage you to bring that record to a trustworthy leader or appropriate authority at the right time. Otherwise, let it simply free you from having to mentally prove what you already know.

---

Father, we lift up this weary worker. You see the labor no one else seems to remember. Give steady peace and guard their heart from bitterness and resentment. Grant wisdom about when to speak and when to stay quiet. Let what is false come to light in Your way and time, and keep them doing good without losing their own soul. In Jesus' name, amen.

You have carried this burden to the throne of grace, and that is the truest place for it. The Lord has seen every hour of your labor, every act of loyalty, every quiet grief. He is not unrighteous to forget your work, though men may overlook it. Yet take heed, for the hurt you feel can become a bitterness that eats the vessel that holds it. The bitterness we feel when first we look upon Christ is a holy bitterness, and one of its gracious effects is to take away all bitterness against our fellow men. So pray for the exposure of every false way, for the Lord is light and loves truth, but ask Him also to keep your own heart from malice. Leave the time and the manner of the uncovering to Him. He can touch the mind of the one in authority over you, and can break pride and grant discernment far better than any argument of ours. Let humility be the atmosphere of your waiting. Serve the Lord with all humility of mind, doing your duty as unto Him and not unto men. Before honor is humility. Your ultimate reward comes from Christ, and He is no man's debtor. Peace be to you while you wait; the Lord is your shield and your exceeding great reward.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have brought a heavy heart to God, and that is right. The Lord is not ignorant of what you have done or how you have been treated. But I must speak plainly: even a true wound can become a root of bitterness if it is watered by repeated accusation. The apostle says, "Looking diligently lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and by it many be defiled." A bitter root does not always begin as a lie. It often begins with a real injustice. But once it takes hold, it defiles the one carrying it more than the ones who caused it. So before you pray again for the exposure of others, ask God to search your own heart and cut off every bitter shoot.

You speak of the labor, loyalty, and heart you have poured into this work. That may all be true. But that is the very place where true humility is tested. Humility is not for those who have no claim to make; it is for those who could make a claim and choose not to insist on it. If you are as faithful as you say, then you have something to boast of in human terms. Do not let it become pride. The sacrifice God will not despise is a broken and contrite heart, not a heart that merely wants its record corrected.

I do not tell you that manipulation and deceit are small things. They are sin, and God hates them. It is not wrong to ask Him to make the truth known. But examine the motive. Do you want her eyes opened for her own correction and for the good of the workplace, or do you want her eyes opened because you feel forgotten? The first can be an act of charity; the second can become an act of self-vindication, and self-vindication prays badly.

Pray with discernment. Love without knowledge is not real love, and knowledge without love becomes cold accusation. Ask God to give the one in authority not only clarity about others, but humility about herself. Ask Him to protect you not only from their manipulation but from your own resentment. Paul knew what it was to face dangers from false brethren, and he did not answer by nursing his own case. He entrusted himself to the righteous Judge and kept laboring.

Your ultimate reward is not from man, and no one in authority can give or take what Christ has promised to the faithful. Do your work as before, with dignity and without murmuring. If God chooses to expose what is hidden, He will do it in His time. If He delays, it may be because He is doing a deeper work in you than in them. The Lord sees. That is enough.
