Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### and ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up this heavy burden of feeling unseen and undervalued in your workplace. The pain of being overlooked after pouring out loyalty and hard work is real, and we stand with you in bringing this before our Heavenly Father, who sees all and knows the truth of every situation. Your prayer is heard, and we join our voices with yours in seeking God’s justice, wisdom, and healing.

First, we must address the spirit of bitterness that can so easily take root in situations like this. Scripture warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled." While your feelings are valid, we must guard our hearts against allowing bitterness to grow, for it only harms us in the end. Instead, we choose to trust in God’s timing and His perfect justice. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’" We release this situation into His hands, knowing He will deal with it far better than we ever could.

We also lift up your coworker, , to the Lord. It is clear that there is manipulation and deceit at play, and we rebuke the enemy’s schemes in Jesus’ name. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." The enemy seeks to sow division, strife, and confusion, but we declare that God’s light will expose every lie and every hidden agenda. We pray that ’s eyes would be opened to the truth, that her heart would be softened, and that she would be granted discernment to see the situation clearly. Proverbs 20:12 says, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them." We ask that God would give her the ability to see the loyalty and hard work you have poured into your role, as well as the manipulation that may be clouding her judgment.

We also rebuke any pride or insecurity that may be influencing ’s actions. Pride is a dangerous snare, and Scripture warns us in Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We pray that God would humble her heart and remind her that true leadership is not about titles or positions but about serving others with integrity and love. Philippians 2:3-4 says, "Doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others." We ask that God would break any chains of pride in her life and replace them with a spirit of humility and gratitude.

For you, dear brother or sister, we pray for peace and strength as you wait on the Lord. It is not easy to continue doing your best when it feels like your efforts are going unnoticed, but we are reminded in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Your reward comes from the Lord, not from man, and He sees every act of faithfulness. We pray that God would fill you with His peace, that He would guard your heart from discouragement, and that He would give you the strength to persevere with dignity and grace. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see all things, and You know the truth of what has transpired. We ask that You would expose every lie, every scheme of the enemy, and every act of manipulation in this situation. Open the eyes of to see the truth, and soften her heart to receive Your wisdom and discernment. Break any chains of pride or insecurity that may be influencing her actions, and replace them with humility and a spirit of servanthood.

For our brother/sister who has poured out their heart and labor into this work, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace. Guard their heart from bitterness and discouragement, and remind them that their ultimate reward comes from You. Give them the strength to continue doing their work with excellence, knowing that You see their efforts and will repay them in due time.

Lord, we rebuke the enemy’s schemes in this workplace. We declare that Your light will expose every darkness, and Your truth will prevail. We trust in Your justice, Your timing, and Your perfect plan. Help us all to walk in humility, integrity, and love, reflecting Your character in all that we do.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One who sees, knows, and reigns over all. Amen.

Thank you for letting us carry this with you. We hear how much you have given, and how much it costs to keep showing up when you feel unseen and misread. That kind of weariness is real, and we do not want to minimize it.

One thing we have seen help in a fog like this is keeping a simple, dated, private record of what you have contributed and what you have observed. Not as ammunition to nurse a case, but so that if a conversation with the right person becomes necessary, you can speak from clarity instead of accumulated emotion. Sometimes that small act helps the mind rest, because you are no longer trying to hold all the details inside.

We also want to stand with you in the part you named: wanting to be kept from bitterness. That matters more than any workplace vindication. Resentment tends to hurt the one carrying it more than the one who caused it, and your labor is not wasted even when it is unseen by the people around you.

Father, we ask You to bring what is genuine and true into the light in this workplace. We pray for honest dealing, clear sight for those in authority, and a spirit of humility where pride has taken hold. We ask You to guard our friend from resentment, to give them wisdom about what to say and what to leave with You, and to sustain them as they keep doing good work. Hold their worth steady in Your sight. In Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have done well to carry this burden to the throne, for the Lord sees what man overlooks. But let us set first things first. Before there can be peace in your heart about this trouble, there must be peace between you and God through our Lord Jesus Christ. “Being justified by faith, we have peace with God.” That is the foundation which can never be shaken. All other peace is uncertain.

I must be plain with you. You have asked the Lord to expose certain persons and to open the eyes of your employer. The Lord knows whether these things are as you believe. But I would have you search your own spirit in this matter. There is a prayer that pleads for truth, and there is a prayer that secretly desires revenge. The first is acceptable. The second is not. Our Lord prayed for His enemies. He did not call down exposure upon them as a way to soothe His own wounds. Pray that the fog be lifted, yes. Pray that honesty prevail. But beware lest you pray for another’s humiliation with secret satisfaction. If you ask God to expose another, you must also be willing for your own hidden faults to be brought into the light.

Your labor and loyalty are not forgotten by God. If men overlook you, He does not. He saw every act of faithfulness. Do not let the neglect of an earthly authority rob you of the peace which the blood of Jesus has purchased. “Jesus we know, and He is on the throne.” That settles what is unknown. If your employer is deceived for a season, the Lord is able to give her discernment or to overrule her blindness. We need not manage the whole matter by anxious prayer for another’s downfall.

I will pray for you in this way: that the Lord would keep you from bitterness, that all that is false would be made plain in His time, and that you might be given peace, dignity, and strength while you wait. Bitterness is a poison. It does not touch the one at whom it is aimed. It eats the vessel that holds it. You asked for peace, dignity, strength. These come not from being vindicated before men, but from being justified before God and walking uprightly in His truth.

Keep doing your best, not to win the praise of your employer, but as a servant of Christ. “Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward.” If no one else sees, He sees. If no one else remembers, He remembers. The place He has gone to prepare is not built upon the shifting opinions of the workplace. It is prepared by the Savior who said, “I go to prepare a place for you.”

Seek Christ first. Do not seek peace first from men. Go again to the cross and lay every wounded thing down. If you attempt to carry this load alone, you will find yourself nursing it and turning it over until it becomes a wound that will not heal. But if you cast it upon Him, He careth for you.

May the Lord make you so filled with His peace that those who watch you will see something of the calm of Christ in the midst of misrepresentation. That would be a better witness than any exposure of another. The truth will stand in God’s time. Wait on Him. “Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him.” He will not forget your work and labor of love.

Your prayer has been laid before the Lord, and the hurt behind it is not hidden from Him. He sees the labor, the loyalty, and the weariness that others overlook. That part of your cry is right: your ultimate reward is not from man. Do not let that truth slip away when the injustice presses hardest.

I do not ask you to pretend the wrong is not there. But while you ask for light in that workplace, ask also for light in your own heart. You have prayed that manipulation and false narratives be exposed. Let God do that in His own time and in His own way. If there is falsehood, He is able to make it plain. Do not let the desire to be proved right become a secret satisfaction, or your wound will become a snare. The longing for vindication can disguise itself as zeal for truth while it quietly feeds resentment.

True humility is not saying you are unworthy while growing angry when others treat you as if you were unworthy. It is bearing neglect, keeping integrity when no one praises it, and refusing to return injury for injury. If you have been wronged, bring it to God. Pray for those who have wronged you, not only that they would see clearly, but that you would be made gentle. A title does not make a person wise, and being overlooked does not make a person righteous. Let God be the judge of both.

Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord. That peace is not always the peace of a comfortable workplace. Sometimes it is the peace of a heart no longer at war. Lay down the burden of managing what others think of you. Keep doing your work as unto the Lord. He is not unjust; He does not forget your labor. But do not let bitterness remain, because bitterness destroys the one who carries it before it changes anyone else.

So pray, but pray first for your own purity and for their good, not merely for their exposure. Ask to be kept from vainglory and from the love of being right. Ask that if correction must come, it would come in a way that heals rather than humiliates. In the waiting, let quiet, faithful work be your strongest answer.

Your cry has been heard and the weight you are carrying is understood. It is painful to feel unseen and forgotten after you have given loyal, steady labor and genuine support from the beginning, and to sense that your contribution is overlooked while others influence the one in authority over you.

God does see. He knows the truth of what you have done, the integrity you have shown, and the history you have helped build. Other people may forget quickly, and Scripture is honest about how soon we are forgotten by one another, but the Lord does not forget His own. Your ultimate reward is not measured by human recognition but by His faithful eye. Take His word at face value rather than measuring His care by how you feel in this moment. Feelings of heaviness, discouragement and being walled in are real, and the prophet Jeremiah knew that place well when he felt hemmed in and covered with bitterness, as if his way had been blocked with stone. Yet even there, God remained present and faithful.

I join you in praying that the Lord would bring truth into the light in your workplace. May He grant clear discernment to the one who leads you, so that manipulation, two faced words and false narratives are exposed for what they are. Pray that God would soften any pride or insecurity that can come with a position of authority and give a spirit of true humility that remembers that a title is not the measure of a person, but faithfulness, integrity and a servant heart are. Ask Him also to bring to mind the genuine help and foundation you have provided, and to protect that leader from being swayed by those who would bypass or step over proper respect.

While you wait for God to work, your own prayer is wise, to ask Him to guard your heart from bitterness. Scripture warns to look carefully lest any root of bitterness spring up and cause trouble, and by it many become defiled. Bitterness does not stay contained. It first harms the one who holds it, like poison in the heart, and then it spreads to others. One bitter person can defile many. The apostle Peter once discerned this in a man who was in the gall of bitterness and bound by iniquity, and told him to pray for forgiveness. That is how serious bitterness is, and how much you cannot afford to let it take hold.

There is a difference between sorrow that leads to repentance and tears that come only from anger and hurt. Esau wept, but his tears were not repentance, they were bitterness and rage at what he had lost. God calls us to follow peace with all people and to watch over our hearts, lest we fail to receive His grace in the trial. If God allows a season of testing, remember the exhortation that says not to despise His discipline, for whom the Lord loves He corrects, as a father the son in whom he delights. He can use even this painful season to refine you and keep you close to Himself.

There is also a spiritual dimension to the heaviness you feel. Often feelings of depression, restlessness, agitation and despair are not only emotional but come from spiritual opposition. Recognize that you are in a battle, and bring those feelings to the Lord in prayer, asking for His peace and strength to stand, rather than bowing under them and only complaining about how hard things are.

You are not alone in this suffering. When one member of the body hurts, the whole body feels it with them, and we feel it with you. I pray that God will protect your mind and heart, keep you from bitterness, and give you quiet dignity and strength to continue doing your work heartily as unto the Lord. May He give you peace that guards your heart, clarity for those in authority, exposure of what is false, and the assurance that He sees, He knows, and He will honor what is done faithfully before Him.

Father, in the name of Jesus, You see this dear one and You know every act of loyalty and help that has been poured out. Bring truth into the light, give discernment and humility to the one in authority, expose manipulation and false words, and soften hearts to remember what is true. Guard this heart from bitterness, keep it in Your peace, and give strength to continue faithfully, trusting that You are the one who sees and rewards. Amen.
