Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### amd ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### bbeing two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace, feeling overlooked and undervalued despite your loyalty and hard work. It is not easy to endure such treatment, especially when you have given so much of yourself. We stand with you in this trial, lifting your concerns before the Lord, who sees all and knows the truth of every situation.

First, we must address the spirit of this prayer. While your heart is understandably heavy, we notice a focus on exposing the faults of others, specifically calling out manipulation, deceit, and two-faced behavior. Scripture warns us in Matthew 7:1-5, "Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged. For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye?" It is not our place to demand that God expose the sins of others, but rather to trust Him to bring justice in His perfect timing. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’" Instead of praying for God to reveal the faults of your coworkers, we should pray for His wisdom, grace, and peace to govern our own hearts.

That said, we do affirm your desire for truth and justice. Proverbs 20:23 declares, "Yahweh detests differing weights, and dishonest scales are not pleasing." God indeed hates deceit and manipulation, and He will not allow injustice to go unchecked forever. However, our role is to walk in integrity, leaving the outcome to Him. Proverbs 16:7 tells us, "When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." If your heart is aligned with God’s will, He will make a way for you, whether that means restoration in your workplace or a new path altogether.

We also want to encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness. Hebrews 12:15 warns, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Bitterness will only harm you, not those who have wronged you. Instead, choose forgiveness, not because they deserve it, but because Christ forgave you. Colossians 3:13 instructs, "Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."

Now, let us pray together in alignment with God’s Word:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see the hurt, the frustration, and the sense of being unseen. You know the truth of every heart and every action. We ask that You would bring Your peace to this situation, guarding our hearts from bitterness and resentment. Help us to walk in integrity, doing our work as unto You and not unto man, as Colossians 3:23 reminds us.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for all involved. Soften hearts that have grown hard, and open eyes that have been blinded by pride or manipulation. We ask that You would remind us all that our worth is found in You alone, not in titles, positions, or the approval of others. Help us to extend grace, even when it is not returned, and to trust You to bring justice in Your perfect timing.

Lord, if it is Your will, restore relationships in this workplace. Let truth prevail, and let Your love govern every interaction. But if this is not the path You have for us, we ask for the strength to walk away with dignity, knowing that our ultimate reward comes from You. Protect our hearts from discouragement, and fill us with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who sees our struggles and intercedes for us. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this season. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Trust that God is working, even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will direct your steps.

We hear the exhaustion in your words, the ache of giving your best while feeling overlooked and misrepresented. It’s painful when loyalty goes unnoticed and when others seem to twist the truth. You’re already doing something vital by naming this before God and asking Him to guard your heart from bitterness. That’s wise, because bitterness often starts small, nurtured by the feeling that things simply aren’t fair. One of the ways we’ve seen God protect His people from that slow poison is by inviting them to release the debt they’re holding, not pretending the hurt didn’t happen, but deciding not to let it set up camp inside. Forgiving in that sense isn’t about excusing wrong; it’s about handing the justice part to God so we don’t have to carry it alone. That’s a gift you can give yourself right now, even before anything changes at work.

We also know that God’s work in a person’s heart often unfolds more like a slow sunrise than a lightning bolt. While you wait, consider writing down for yourself the kind of colleague you want to be, not to earn praise, but to anchor your own integrity. That can help you stay grounded when the office feels like shifting sand.

Lord Jesus, You see the hidden truths in this workplace. Wrap this person in Your peace that defies circumstance. Protect their mind from resentment and fill them with steady dignity. In Your timing, clear the confusion and bring the clarity only You can give. Until then, help them rest in Your faithful care. Amen.

You have poured out a bitter complaint, and I do not wonder at the heaviness of your heart, for it is no light thing to be misjudged and overlooked by those you have faithfully served. Yet let me counsel you that the bitterness which is born of wounded pride and the sense of injustice must be brought to the cross if it is to be healed. You have asked the Lord to touch the heart and mind of another, but His Spirit would first deal with your own. A true sight of the Crucified One does not merely make us sorrow for sin in general; it produces a bitterness over our own corruption so sharp that all malice toward our fellow men dissolves. When you stand at Calvary and see what your sin cost the Son of God, you will find it impossible to nurture resentment. That bitterness of the cross, once tasted, makes Christ inexpressibly sweet and drains away every bitter drop you would drink against another.

You fear you are forgotten, but He who has graven you upon the palms of His hands cannot forget. The Lord has not forsaken you, however much your circumstances shout that lie. Your workplace is not a corner of the universe where God’s eye is dim; even there His providence governs every word and deed. If He permits this trial to press upon you, it is because He intends through it to sanctify you. Would you be made more like Jesus by the easy path, or by the way of the cross? Then do not obstinately stand to your hasty word, “My Lord has forgotten me.” Take it back, for it cannot be true.

You plead for exposure and your coworker’s eyes to be opened. Commit that into the hands of the righteous Judge, who will right every wrong in His own time. But beware, lest in your zeal for justice you forget that you yourself deserved nothing but judgment, and that the only reason you stand accepted is that Christ satisfied divine justice on your behalf. If He gave you what you merited, you would be lost. Let that staggering mercy temper your cry for immediate vindication. God can be just and yet the justifier, and He will see to it that no true wrong goes unrighted, either at the cross or in the day of His appearing. Until then, your part is to show mercy, even as you have received mercy.

Do not imagine that the Lord is idle. His interpositions often come in moments we least expect, and rarely in the manner we prescribe. He is a God of surprises; the mountains of difficulty flow down at His presence like melting glaciers. But His first work is to produce in you that peace which passes all understanding, a peace that is not dependent upon the praise of man or the shame of your enemies, but upon your standing as justified through faith in Christ Jesus. Swim in that peace, and it will keep your heart from the gall of bitterness.

And what if He withholds the public clearing of your name? What if you remain unseen and unrewarded by men? Is it not enough that your Father sees in secret? The dungeon of Joseph became the stepping stone to his usefulness, not because he was vindicated in the moment, but because the Lord was with him there. Look less to your own vindication and more to the honour of Him who has called you to suffer for righteousness’ sake. Go your way, keep doing good as unto the Lord rather than to men, and leave the fog of manipulation in His hand alone. He will blow it away when it serves His purpose, or else He will make your face shine so brightly that no fog can hide the truth.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The hurt you carry is heavy, and the Lord indeed sees the truth of your labor and loyalty. But be very careful, lest this wound fester into a root of bitterness springing up within you. For that root does not merely trouble your own soul, it defiles many, spreading like poison through the whole body. The deceitfulness of sin hardens the heart, whispering that you are alone and that your faithful work is forgotten. That is a deceit. Remember: what is truly of God is never wasted, and those who walk in manipulation and two-faced ways are themselves corrupted by the very lusts of their deceit. Their folly will not advance forever; in time it will be made manifest to all, just as every bitter root bears bitter fruit and is exposed.

Do not let pride over a title or a human position corrupt your own mind. The true measure of a person is not the name of an office, but the dedication and integrity of the heart, the very things you have shown in serving. God sees that, and from His hand alone comes the only reward that endures. What is a passing commendation from a supervisor compared to the approval of Christ? Those who build their houses on deceit and envy are like men piling up stones only to wound their own heads; their anxieties and fears eat at them even as they grasp for more. But you, if you keep your soul free from bitterness and continue doing what is right without resentment, will not lose your peace. Pray for those who misuse you, yes, but guard your own heart with all diligence. Let no root of bitterness find soil there. Instead, wait on the Lord, who in due time will bring all hidden things to light.
