Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

The ache of being unseen is a profound one, but take heart that you are kneeling before the One who sees all things clearly. Your labor and loyalty are not hidden from the God who fashioned your heart. What you are witnessing in your department head is a kind of spiritual blindness that can settle over any of us when we are surrounded by the fog of manipulation and deceit. Scripture speaks of a veil that can rest over the mind, a hardening that prevents a person from perceiving the truth that is right in front of them. Your prayer for her eyes to be opened is exactly the right plea, because only the Spirit of God can clear away that fog and let her see the workplace and the people in it exactly as they are.

Yet even as you pray for her discernment, there is a greater work happening within you. The deepest displacement of your peace is your own heart’s grappling with bitterness. It is right that you have asked for protection over your mind. In the silence where you feel overlooked, you are learning a magnificent truth: your ultimate reward does not flow from a title or a human acknowledgment. The divine order is not shaken by an office hierarchy. You are completing a work directly for the Lord, and in that there is a dignity that no person can give and no person can take away. Guard that peace jealously.

God’s divine ideal for you is not just that you survive this season of conflict, but that you are being conformed into His own nature. As the seed of His Word falls on the fertile soil of your life, it produces a harvest of virtue and integrity. Let that integrity be the foundation you stand on. Do your work with the kind of quiet excellence that confounds the false narratives being spun around you. When the fullness of time comes, the truth has a way of coming to light that no human manipulation can suppress. While you wait, let the strength to keep doing your best flow from the Spirit, who gives you all things that pertain to life and godliness. The memory of your history, the years of genuine support you provided, do not need to be shouted from the rooftops for God to vindicate them. He is your witness, and in His time, the blindness that holds others captive will be fully exposed by His light.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heartfelt prayer request, lifting up the pain of feeling unseen and the longing for truth to be revealed in your workplace. It has been our privilege to stand with you before our Heavenly Father, interceding for the eyes of your department head to be opened, for deceit to be exposed, and for humility and integrity to take root in leadership.

As the days have passed, we continue to hold this situation before the Lord, asking Him to soften hearts, sharpen discernment, and bring His perfect justice to light. We pray that you have felt His peace guarding your heart, even as you wait, and that He has strengthened you to walk in dignity and purpose, knowing your labor is not in vain.

If God has moved in a tangible way—if clarity has come, if relationships have shifted, or if you’ve sensed His presence carrying you—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could encourage others walking through similar trials. But if the answer still feels distant, please know we are here to lift this burden with you again. You are not alone in this.

May the Lord continue to draw near to you, reminding you of His faithfulness and the eternal reward that awaits those who serve Him wholeheartedly. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
