Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ### for being two faced and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. The pain of feeling unseen after giving so much labor, loyalty, and integrity is real, and we stand with you in bringing this burden before the Lord. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name we come together to seek His will and intervention. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." We trust in His promise as we lift this situation to Him.

Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, asking that You would touch the heart and mind of ’s department head. Lord, You see the deceit and manipulation that has clouded her judgment, and we ask that You would break through the fog of pride, insecurity, and any false narratives that have taken root. Expose the truth, Lord, and grant her discernment to see the workplace and the people in it as they truly are. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 20:12, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them." We pray that You would open her eyes and ears to recognize the dedication and integrity that has shown.

We also ask that You would soften her heart to remember the history and foundation that has built. Lord, we know that pride can harden hearts, but Your Word reminds us in James 4:6, "But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.'"" We pray that You would humble her heart and remind her that true leadership is not measured by title or position, but by the hearts of those who serve with integrity and dedication.

While we wait for Your movement, Lord, we ask that You protect ’s heart from bitterness and resentment. Guard her mind and fill her with Your peace, knowing that her ultimate reward comes from You, not from man. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." May she find strength and dignity in continuing to do her best, trusting in Your justice and timing.

We rebuke the spirit of deceit and manipulation in this workplace, Lord. We declare that no weapon formed against will prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she will condemn, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from You (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that You would bring light into this situation and that Your will would be done in ’s workplace.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would continue to mold into the person You have called her to be. May she grow in patience, humility, and trust in You, knowing that You are her ultimate provider and defender. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, and we thank You for hearing our prayers. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

It is deeply painful to pour your loyalty and hard work into a job, only to feel overlooked and as though the story being told about you is simply not true. That kind of workplace fog, where you suspect manipulation is at play, can be profoundly isolating. You are carrying a heavy weight, and we want you to know we hear the injustice in it.

What stands out to us is your clear-eyed prayer for protection from bitterness. That is exactly where the battle often lands. When we are mistreated, the natural reflex is to rehearse the offense, nursing a resentment that feels justified. But we have seen that bitterness is a poison we drink ourselves, hoping the other person gets sick. It rarely forces a resolution, but it always clouds our own peace. The most grounded next step here may be to consciously release the need to manage the department head's perception of you. You have already asked God to open her eyes, now leave that work with Him for a time. Each time the replay of "they don't see the real me" starts, try to quietly hand it back: "Lord, You see. That is enough for this moment." You are not excusing what is wrong, but refusing to let it live rent-free in your mind while God works.

Father, we come alongside this one who has worked so faithfully. You see the truth of every interaction, and You are not fooled by flattery or manipulation. We ask for a calm steadiness to guard their heart. When the hurt surges, give them a deep breath of Your peace that passes understanding. Grant them the dignity to continue doing good work as an act of worship to You, not just for the approval of others. In Jesus’ name, we trust You to be their shield and reward.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have said in your heart, "My Lord has forgotten me." But this is the voice of the flesh, and it cannot be true. The Lord thy God is everywhere present, and in all the affairs of men His hand is working. Thou hast labored with loyalty and integrity, and He has seen it, yea, He has recorded it in His book. The department head that seems blind to thy worth, the two-faced colleague who steps over thee, these are not hidden from Him who tries the reins and the heart. Yet He permitteth these things after the counsel of His own will, and there is a deep purpose in the rod.

The bitterness thou dost taste is not unfamiliar to thy Savior. Look to the cross, and see the Man of Sorrows; there is a bitterness that drowns all other bitterness, and in that holy bitterness thou shalt find that thy wrath toward thy fellow men melts away. When thou dost mourn for Him as for an only son, the world loses its charms, and the sting of man’s neglect becomes a trifle. This very gall can make Christ sweeter to thy soul. Is it not so? Let it drive thee to His feet, and thou shalt confess with joy, “He hath not forsaken me, for He hath comforted His people.”

Remember also that the Lord alone doth lead thee, and if He tear away thy comforts as the eagle stirreth up her nest, it is to teach thee to fly. The dunghill of earthly recognition doth take up too much of our thoughts, and the crown is forgotten. Thy reward is not from man; it is laid up where moth and rust cannot corrupt. Divine sovereignty is no harsh doctrine, but a pillow for thy weary head. The Lord shall interpose in due season, not with the noise of a miracle perchance, but with the wonder of a deliverance that shall make thee sing, “He drew me out of many waters.” Till then, possess thy soul in peace, the peace that cometh by the blood of the cross. Dive deep into that peace, and swim in it; let no root of bitterness spring up to defile thee. God’s gentleness hath made thee great, and with that gentleness thou must meet the froward. If thou wilt but recognize His hand in the whole affair, thine eyes shall soon behold the melting of the glaciers of error before the sun of His presence. Wait on Him, and in the meantime, forget not your Savior, let not love grow cold, nor thy testimony be silent. He that hath called thee is faithful, and never, no never, hath He forsaken the work of His own hands.
