Dear Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for this day, for forgiving us, for saving us, and loving us. I leave all my worries under Your feet at the cross.
1. Land dispute result. Will I give the demands of the illegal settlers even if it is too big and even if this was the initial demand ever since which makes me wonder that I have wasted all these years for the court case if I give in? So the extortion or stealing of our property is allowed by Your will should I pursue this path? Also, please allow them to soften their hearts and give in to CASH only, not with a portion of the lot as this complicates things. Lord, I am not trying to be greedy here as I want to pursue this path if they lower their demands as this will remove all obligations or promises I made with most of the agents and others, because if we secure this lot before selling it will yield a better price.
2. Agent 1, today contacted me, said that the buyer rep has scouted the area, and the agent wants to know the status of the court case. Lord, as this is a politician buyer, I am quite hesitant and I gave a low price. Also, please do not make Agent 1 disclose the mistake that we did or take revenge should I stop or not push through with the sale through them.
3. Agent 2 working with city hall officials who is part of the commission. Should their buyer push through, still working out paperwork that will allow them to conduct an inspection on illegal businesses operating on our lots and will order them be closed. I pray that the sheriff will allow this or the court will, of course, with the coordination of the sheriff.
4. Surveyor of previous adviser that I want to not get services after paying him down payment, will tell him I opted to get the services of the engineer of the sheriff. Please do not let him take revenge over me.
5. Barangay captain asking for a portion of the lot if his help in negotiating pushes through.
6. If I chose to pursue in removing the defendants only, should we lose in the motion, Lord, please soften the hearts of the other tenants.
7. The road widening, please help that the attorney will give in to my demand of 2m.
8. Internal revenue issue will be completed. And that after checking with an online accounting firm and sending them actual documents that they will not abuse or use them in a bad or evil way as the firm is not replying anymore after sending them the documents.
9. The previous adviser knows the mistake that we did and may use that to leverage or disclose this to take revenge.
10. My brother, due to his bipolar and hatred over us, in not cooperating should any sale push through.
11. If it is Your will that this sale push through, please allow us to regain control of the other lot that our cousin has abusively leased from us. Lord, please also allow me to soften my heart and not think of the gains or moves that can be done should I try to clean up the mess and gain more than the sale.
Lord, all of this is I submit according to Your will. I really do not know what to do as these are all entangled and messy. I am sorry I tried to fix or manage them on my own knowing that I cannot handle all of these as I have been not sleeping at all and want all of these to stop. Am really sorry for the mistake of trusting the attorney way back 2009 for making shortcuts with the method of transferring the sale. Pray that after any sale, this mistake will not resurface. I seek all of these in Jesus powerful and almighty name. Amen.
