We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved. Your request touches on a very real spiritual battle, one that the Scriptures clearly address. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every evil spirit tormenting you in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, for He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we must ensure that you are standing firm in your faith in Jesus Christ. Have you confessed with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead? If not, we urge you to do so now, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the first step to true deliverance, as it is through Christ alone that we have victory over sin and the powers of darkness.
We also encourage you to examine your life for any open doors that may have given the enemy a foothold. Are there areas where you have not fully surrendered to God? Are there sins you have not repented of, such as unforgiveness, bitterness, or involvement in occult practices? The Bible warns us, "Neither give place to the devil" (Ephesians 4:27). Confess any known sin and turn away from it, for "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).
Now, let us pray together in the authority of Jesus Christ:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name that is above every name. We lift up our brother/sister who is being tormented by evil spirits. Lord, You are the God who delivers and heals. We rebuke every evil spirit in the name of Jesus Christ and command them to flee and never return. We declare that no weapon formed against our brother/sister shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment is condemned. We plead the blood of Jesus over them, covering them in Your protection.
Lord, we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, bringing peace, comfort, and strength. Surround them with Your angels to guard and protect them. We pray for healing in their mind, body, and spirit, that they may walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them. Help them to stand firm in their faith, resisting the devil so that he will flee from them (James 4:7). Strengthen their relationship with You, Lord, and let them find refuge in Your presence.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for them, that they may recognize and close any doors that have given the enemy access to their life. Lead them to a community of believers who can support and pray with them. May they grow in their knowledge of Your Word, for it is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17), and may they put on the full armor of God daily to stand against the schemes of the devil.
Father, we thank You for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). Bring them safely into Your heavenly kingdom, where there is no more pain, suffering, or torment. We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we thank You for Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to immerse yourself in God’s Word, for it is living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Meditate on Scriptures that speak of God’s protection and deliverance, such as Psalm 91, which declares that those who dwell in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Speak these truths over your life daily.
Additionally, seek out a body of believers—a church that preaches the full gospel and understands spiritual warfare. There is strength in numbers, and the enemy is less likely to attack when you are surrounded by fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and support. Do not isolate yourself, for the Bible says, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).
Lastly, remember that your battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, put on the full armor of God daily: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:13-18).
You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust (Psalm 91:2). He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11). Stand firm, dear one, and do not grow weary, for your deliverance is coming. The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet (Romans 16:20). Walk in the freedom that Christ has given you, and do not let the enemy steal your joy or peace. The Lord is your light and your salvation—whom shall you fear? (Psalm 27:1).
