We understand that you're facing spiritual warfare involving malicious gossip, lies, and discord sown by deceitful tongues. We stand with you in prayer and rebuke these evil works in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is crucial to address this situation with the authority given to us by our Lord Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. Remember, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit" Proverbs 18:21 WEB.
Firstly, let us come against these spirits of discord, gossip, and lies. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Him. Matthew 28:18 WEB. We bring our brother/sister before you, asking for your divine intervention and protection. We rebuke and bind the spirits of gossip, lies, discord, and confusion that have been assigned to destroy, in Jesus' name. "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints." I Corinthians 14:33 WEB.
We declare that any evil words spoken against you will not prosper. "You shall decree a thing, and it shall be established to you; and the light shall shine on your ways." Job 22:28 WEB. We cancel every assignment of the enemy against you and declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Isaiah 54:17 WEB.
Remember, "The tongue is a little member, and boasts great things. See how a small fire can spread to a large forest! And the tongue is a fire. The world of iniquity among our members is the tongue, which defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature, and is set on fire by Gehenna. For every kind of animal, bird, creeping thing, and thing in the sea, is tamed, and has been tamed by mankind. But nobody can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who are made in the image of God. Out of the same mouth comes forth blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so."
