Thoughts on Today's Verse...​

Jesus' coming to earth is wholly and holy consistent with the LORD God who reveals himself in the Old Testament. God is high and holy. God is righteous and majestic. Yet the LORD God is the God of incarnation — the LORD who sees our needs, hears our cries, and comes down to help us. God loves people, especially people who come to him knowing that they need his love and grace. To those who seek him with passion, humility, awe, and reverence, God brings revival that touches the spirit and heart.

My Prayer...​

Holy and Righteous Father, thank you for loving me and coming to save me in Jesus. Father, I do come humbly to you asking that you fill me with your Spirit in a more powerful way and revive my heart and stir my spirit to work for your glory in my life today. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

[The Encourager]

Psalms 139:23-24: Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

Let Us Pray: God I ask You in Jesus’ name work on me. Place me under Your microscope, expose and point out to me everything in me and my life that pleases You. Expose and point out to me everything in me or in my life that offends You. God don’t let me condone or make excuses for my sins or wrongdoings. Don’t let me ignore Your still small voice or the gentle promptings of Your Holy Spirit correcting me when I am wrong or have sinned. God always give me the grace and decency to know and acknowledge my sin and wrongdoings. Search me O God. Forgive me. Cleanse me from within and wash me thoroughly from all my iniquity. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. Teach me O Lord and make me go in the path of Your righteousness so that I will be in right relationship with You. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for all those who pray for me, all those I love, care about, and every member of this prayer site. Amen, so be it, and by faith, it is so.

Dear Lord, make me as Thou art, that my spirit and my soul and my body be pleasing to Thee alone. Give me humility of heart that I may forget myself and take joy in Thy holy presence. Love all the promises You have given to me. In the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy.
