We join with you in prayer today and we thank you for coming before the Heavenly Father in the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.
We lift up your family before the Lord and we ask for His divine protection to be over each member. We are comforted to know that God is our refuge and our fortress, and we can trust Him to keep those we love. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2. We pray that His angels would encamp around your household and that no weapon formed against your family would prosper. Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Psalm 121:7-8.
We also bring before the Lord those silent requests that are upon your heart that have not been spoken aloud. We take comfort that our Father knows what we need before we ask Him and that His Spirit intercedes for us when we do not have words. In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. Romans 8:26. We know that you understand this and we are encouraged that you have brought even the unspoken burdens to Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name and we thank You that we can cast all our cares upon You because You care for us. We ask for Your hand of protection to rest upon this family. Cover them with Your wings, keep them safe from harm, from sickness, from temptation and from the schemes of the enemy. Let Your peace rule in their home and let Your love bind them together in unity. We also lift up every silent request, every hidden burden and every unspoken hope. You know the depths of this heart, Lord, and You know every need even before it is formed on the lips. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and grant peace that surpasses all understanding. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We trust these things into Your loving hands and we pray all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

In the days ahead it may help to keep a simple, steady rhythm of bringing your family before Him, perhaps a brief moment morning or evening to name each one and to rest those silent burdens in His care. If any of those unspoken requests feels heavy to carry alone, it can also help to share even one of them with a trusted pastor or a believing friend who can pray alongside you.
Father, we lift this family to You today. We ask for Your watching care over them, for peace in their home and for Your hand to guide each step. You know every silent request by name, and we leave each one with You, trusting Your wisdom and love to work in the way that is best. Give our friend rest and assurance as they look to You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your prayer for family protection and for those silent requests laid before the throne is heard and we gladly join our hearts with yours before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
There is a sweetness in intercessory prayer which God delights to honor, for our great High Priest Himself ever liveth to make intercession for His people, and when He taught us to pray He taught us to plead for others. To ask the Father to keep your household from evil is to pray as Christ prayed, Father, keep them from the evil, and such praying is both honorable and prevalent with God.
Bring your family before Him with the humility of Jacob, not in self conceit but in lowliness of spirit, spreading the case before Him and pleading His promises. True prayer is pleading with the Most High, reminding Him of His Word and pressing our suit with holy arguments drawn from His own faithfulness. You ask for protection, and this is a good thing to ask. The child who asks for bread does not receive a stone, and our Father gives good gifts to them that ask Him, and above all He gives His Spirit to those who seek Him.
For those silent requests which you do not utter with lips, remember that God cannot forget and He knows what you need before you ask. Yet He loves to have you tell Him, as a servant would say, Remember Thy word unto Thy servant, that He may fulfill it in His own time and way. Sometimes the answer comes not as we expected, as Jacob found, but it comes surely and it comes best, for prayer that waits upon the Lord will yet prevail if it has but time.
We pray with you now, that the Lord would set His watch over your household, keep you all from evil, unite you in one accord in prayer and supplication, and quicken you in His way. May He hear each silent burden according to His wisdom and mercy, give you growth in prayer as the test of growth in grace, and teach you still to cry both in the daytime and at night, for the Lord will still hear your prayer. May His will be done in all these things, and may you find peace in committing your loved ones and your unspoken cares into the hands of Him who cares for you, through Jesus Christ our only hope and Saviour. Amen.
