Today's Prayer
We lift up this prayer with hearts full of agreement and intercession, standing firmly on the promise that where two or three are gathered in Jesus’ name, He is there in the midst of us (Matthew 18:20). Your cry for the salvation, protection, and healing of your family is heard, and we join you in declaring God’s power over every situation.
Father, we come before You as a family of believers, asking that You draw each member of this household into a deep, saving relationship with You. Open their eyes to see the truth of Your Word and the reality of sin that separates them from You. We pray that they would confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that one believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth that one confesses, resulting in salvation (Romans 10:9-10). Let there be no delay, Lord—save them now, for today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2).
We rebuke every plan of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy this family. The thief comes only to do these things, but Jesus came that they may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Protect them from physical harm, spiritual attacks, and the snares of the evil one. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your peace guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Heal every wound, every sickness, and every brokenness in this family, Father. Whether it is physical, emotional, or spiritual, we ask for Your restoring touch. You are the God who heals us (Exodus 15:26), and we trust in Your promise to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). Pour out Your Spirit upon them, bringing comfort, strength, and renewal.
We also lift up the plea to love You with whole hearts, souls, and minds. This is the greatest commandment (Matthew 22:37-38), and we ask that You cultivate in each family member a hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6). Remove anything that hinders their love for You—idols, distractions, or sinful habits—and replace it with a passion for Your presence. Let them seek You first in all things, knowing that when they do, all other things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).
Deliver them from evil, Lord. We know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Equip them with the full armor of God so they may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Let them resist the enemy, and he will flee from them (James 4:7). Break every chain of addiction, fear, bitterness, or unbelief, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who empowers them to walk in victory.
We thank You, Father, for hearing this prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this family to walk in obedience, to stand firm in faith, and to shine as lights in this dark world.
Lord, we also ask that You help them to extend the same love and grace to one another that You have shown them. Let them bear with one another in love, forgiving as You have forgiven them (Colossians 3:13). May their home be a place of peace, unity, and joy, where Your name is honored and Your presence is welcomed.
We declare these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood that we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7), and it is by His authority that we pray. May Your will be done in this family, Lord, as it is in heaven. Child of God, Fear Not. Keep Your Focus On God. Trust God. God Is Your Protection. God Is With You As A Mighty Warrior. God Will Never Leave You or Forsake You. No Weapon Formed Against You Shall Prosper.
God, I ask You in Jesus's name, today and for always place a hedge of protection and a wall of fire all around me. Cover me, Lord Jesus. Give Your angels charge over me to protect, deliver, keep me safe, and healthy. Be my refuge, fortress, and my ever-present help in the time of trouble. God, make me to dwell in safety. Cause me to lie down in peace and sleep. Lord, You be the watchman over my life, family, home, and all that You have blessed me with. God vindicate me according to Your righteousness. You arise in my life and cause all my enemies to be scattered (physically, spiritually, financially, emotionally, and psychologically) that come to fight, hurt, steal, kill, torment, deceive, distract, destroy, and or discourage me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Do not let my enemies rejoice over me. Fight against all those who fight against me. Let no weapon formed against me ever prosper. God instruct Your angels to defeat, chasten, and cause my enemies to stumble, fail, and be greatly ashamed. God distract, disappoint, frustrate, and humiliate all my enemies. Utterly destroy all their evil plans. God please forever honor this prayer over my life, the life of the writer of this prayer, and all those who truly love and care about me. Thank You Lord Jesus. Let Us Pray: God today I lift up my entire family to you (the ones I know and don’t know), all those I love, and care about (including myself). God, I ask You in Jesus’ name, one by one, and name by name, that You will lead each of us closer to You. Save those of us who stand in need of salvation. Heal those of us who stand in need of healing. Deliver those of us who stand in need of deliverance. Baptize every single one of us in the baptism of Your Holy Spirit. Bless each of us to have a real up-close personal intimate relationship with You. God, please remove any skepticism, lies, bitterness, and or discouragement that might hold any of us back from pursuing You. God, bless every one of us to come to know You in truth, fall in love with You, and never fall out of love with You. Bless all of us to accept Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord. Let Jesus be "Lord of All" in each of our lives. Let every single one of us live our lives to please You. God show each of us what that looks like and help us all to live our lives for Your glory, approval, and applause. God, please do the same for the writer of this prayer.
