Today I am thankful for God and all the blessing's and gift's he has given me, especially for the ones I've asked for and those I haven't asked for. I'd like to pray for my little girl, who has an ear infection, she is on medicine, I pray she get's better. I also pray for my son, who has a sinus infection, he is on medicine. Thank you God for the good and the bad in my life. I pray for extra money, to lay down a new floor in my trailor, in the kitchen, laundry room and master bedroom closet. Thank you for praying with me. Amen!

I don't know if this will help, but it has changed my health substantially from allergies, cold's and sinuses. I drink one hot cup of green tea with splenda (not sugar) and a teaspoon of honey every morning and I used to have really bad sinus and allergy problems. No more though! Hope it helps! Your children are in my prayers!

I also wanted to add that drinking too much milk products was causing a lot of my sinus problems. Not sure if it is allergy related!
