Jesus Himself said, "Everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart" (Matthew 5:28, WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother ###. Lord, he is struggling with sex dreams, and we ask for Your forgiveness and Your help. Purify his heart and mind, Lord, and help him to take every thought captive to obey Christ.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke these sex dreams. We ask You, Lord, to help ### flee from sexual immorality, both in his body and in his mind. Help him to live a life that is pleasing to You, a life of purity and holiness. As your word says in Romans 6:12-14 (WEB) "Therefore don't let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. Neither present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God, as alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin will not have dominion over you. For you are not under law, but under grace."
Father, we also ask that you reveal to ### any areas in his life that may be contributing to these dreams. Help him to remove any stumbling blocks that may be hindering his walk with You especially if they are coming from things he is watching or thinking on.
