Thank you for sharing the weight you have been carrying at work. It is good to hear that things have improved in recent months, and I understand why you still feel unsettled and want prayer for stability, for favor, and for peace to do your work without threats or bullying.
The story of Job has much to say to a situation like yours. That book is among the oldest in Scripture, from a time that may go back as far as Abraham, yet the needs and fears Job expressed are the same ones people carry today. What helps is to remember the background that Job himself could not see. God had noticed Job and spoke of him as a man who was upright, who loved God and turned away from evil. At the same time the adversary had been watching Job closely, studying him and forming a theory that Job only served God because God had blessed him and placed a hedge of protection around him. Nothing could touch Job without the Lord's permission, and even then God set the limits.
That hedge is a comfort for you now. The Lord sees your desire to work faithfully, to provide an income, and to labor in peace. He knows the pressure of living under the threat of losing a job and the pain of bullying words. As with Job, difficulty at work is not a sign that God is displeased with you or that you have done something wrong. Job's friends made that mistake. They came to comfort him but ended up accusing him, telling him he must be a hypocrite or hiding sin because otherwise he would not be suffering. They were wrong, and God later corrected them. The Lord is fair and just, even when we do not understand His ways, and His thoughts and ways are higher than ours as He declared through Isaiah. Job himself did not curse God. He simply said he did not understand, and he cried out honestly from his grief. Those cries were not calm doctrine but the honest words of a hurting man, and Scripture records them to show us that God can handle honest prayer.
What Job's story also shows is that God is at work even when it seems He is far off. The very account that tells of Job's loss is given so that those who come after him can be comforted, knowing that God had not forsaken him and had not forgotten him. And we have an even greater comfort now, because Jesus is the one who stands between God and us, laying His hand on both, so we can come to God openly and be heard.
So I am praying for you in that light. I am asking the Father in Jesus name to keep His hand over your job, to establish you in your work so you can do it very well and with a clear mind, to grant you favor with your boss and with those around you, and to remove the threats and any bullying or intimidation so you can work in peace. I am praying He will provide for your income and give you steadiness after this season of fear, and that He will give you wisdom and strength to do each task as unto the Lord, with integrity and diligence. I am also praying for quietness of heart, that even when you do not understand every turn, you will know you are seen and kept, and that you can bring every concern to Him who is your mediator and keeper.
May the Lord grant you life and favor and keep watch over your spirit, and may He give you peace in your daily work.
