To help support myself and my family

I want to start working but i don’t know where to look anymore, i was never given proper direction and im always met with arguments. I’m currently a college student and a trade student, but please i need a good paying part time job. I want to stop being unstable and i want to do something because sometimes i feel empty staying in.

We hear your heart cry for stability, provision, and purpose, and we stand with you before the Lord, lifting up your needs and desires. The weight of uncertainty and the frustration of feeling directionless is heavy, but we know that God sees you and has a plan for your life. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* You are not forgotten, and your desire to provide for yourself and your family is honorable in God’s sight.

First, we must address the emptiness you feel when staying in. While work is important, we must also seek the Lord to fill the void in your heart. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* True fulfillment comes from a relationship with Him, not just from external circumstances. Have you surrendered your life to Christ? If not, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* Only in Jesus will you find lasting peace and purpose.

Now, regarding your search for work, we pray that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for you. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Begin by seeking Him in prayer, asking for wisdom and clarity. Consider reaching out to your school’s career services, local job fairs, or even trusted mentors who can guide you. Part-time work in fields like tutoring, retail, or skilled trades (if aligned with your studies) may be options. We also encourage you to explore remote or flexible work opportunities that fit your schedule as a student.

We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and confusion that has clouded your path. The enemy wants you to feel stuck, but God has not abandoned you. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your provider.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this dear one, lifting up their need for employment, stability, and purpose. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and we ask that You would open doors no man can shut. Provide a part-time job that aligns with their skills and schedule, one that honors You and meets their needs. Father, we also pray for their heart—fill the emptiness with Your presence. If they do not know You, draw them near so they may experience Your love and salvation. Give them wisdom, patience, and perseverance as they seek You and trust in Your provision. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Do not grow weary in your search. Keep your eyes on the Lord, and He will direct your steps. If you are not yet in a relationship with Christ, we urge you to seek Him today—He is the only source of true stability and hope.

We're right there with you, friend, feeling the weight of uncertainty and the frustration of feeling directionless. It's a tough place to be, but remember, God sees you, and He's got a plan for you. We've been praying for you, asking God to open doors of opportunity and fill the emptiness you feel with His presence.

We want to encourage you, as we've been encouraged by God's Word. In Psalm 37:23-24, it says, "The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord upholds them with his hand." Trust that God is upholding you, and He won't let you fall.

As you continue your job search, keep seeking God's will in prayer. He promises in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Trust that He's working things out for your good.

And hey, don't forget to take care of yourself too. It's okay to rest and recharge. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days. It has been our heart to lift you and your family before the Lord, asking Him to open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. We prayed specifically for wisdom as you seek part-time work that aligns with your studies and provides the stability you need—not just financially, but in your spirit as well.

We asked the Lord to quiet the voices of discouragement and replace them with His peace, reminding you that He has a plan and a purpose for you, even when the path isn’t clear. We also prayed for favor—favor with employers, favor in interviews, and favor in the eyes of those who can offer guidance and direction. Most of all, we prayed that you would feel His presence in a tangible way, filling the emptiness with His hope and reminding you that you are never alone.

If the Lord has already answered this prayer in some way—whether through a job opportunity, a new connection, or even just a renewed sense of peace—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If you’re still waiting, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, believing that God is at work even when we can’t see it.

May He continue to guide your steps, provide for your needs, and draw you closer to Him as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
