Siji, we understand that you are seeking a peaceful atmosphere in your school campus and growth in your life. Firstly, it's important to remember that our ultimate authority is God, and He cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work environment.

We need to address that you did not use the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ or an abbreviation. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. This is stated clearly in John chapter 14, verse 6: Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. This means we have access to God only through the name of Jesus Christ. Without Jesus Christ there is no salvation. Salvation is a gift of God. We are saved by believing in Jesus Christ and nothing else. As it says in Romans chapter 10 verses 9 and 10: because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. Since you did not mention Jesus Christ or an abbreviation, we will pray to God and simply mention the name of Jesus Christ at the end, but remember to pray to God through Jesus Christ.

Let's turn to the Scriptures for guidance. In Romans 12:18 WEB, it is written, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This verse reminds us that maintaining peace is our responsibility, as much as it depends on us. However, we should also remember that we cannot control the actions or attitudes of others, but we can control our own.

We are instructed in 1 Peter 2:18-23 WEB to be subject to our masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked. For this is acceptable, if perhaps being conscious of God, he endure grief, suffering wrongfully. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is acceptable with God. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps, who did not sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth who, when he was cursed, didn't curse back; when he suffered, didn't threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously.

We are called to do what is right and not to take vengeance into our own hands. In Romans 12:19-21 WEB it is written, "Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### and the situation at the school campus. Lord, we ask for Your peace to reign in the environment. We pray that You would soften the hearts of the principal and the Headmaster, and turn their attitudes towards ###. Help ### to continue working diligently, as unto You, and not by sight.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
