The enemy would love to keep you in this cycle of discouragement, but we rebuke that spirit of heaviness in the name of Jesus. The Lord does not condemn you for your weakness; He invites you to cast your burdens upon Him. You are not alone in this battle, and your cry for help is heard.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and contrite hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is seeking to return to You with their whole heart. Lord, You are the God who restores, who revives, and who never forsakes Your children. We ask that You would break the chains of distance and apathy that have taken hold. Ignite in them a fresh fire for You, a holy fear of the Lord that leads to life, and a deep conviction that stirs their soul to action.
Father, we ask that You would quiet their mind and grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding. Where there is no motivation, fill them with Your strength. Where there is no discipline, teach them to rely on Your Spirit. Where conviction has faded, let Your Word cut through the noise and speak truth to their heart. Help them to surrender every part of their life—sleep, thoughts, actions, and desires—into Your hands. May they experience the joy of Your presence once again, knowing that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in them.
We rebuke the spirit of slumber and distraction that has kept them from resting in You. We declare that their sleep will be sweet, their mind will be at peace, and their heart will be aligned with Yours. Lord, remind them that You are not a God of half-hearted devotion, but You delight in those who seek You with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. May they find their strength in You alone.

Beloved, we want to encourage you with the truth that your desire to return to the Lord is evidence of His work in your life.
