I will be praying for you too. Thank you guys sincerely❤️❤️❤️

We hear the deep longing in your heart to return to the Lord with your whole being, and we join you in seeking His face together. Your honesty about feeling distant, lacking conviction, and struggling with motivation is not a sign of weakness—it is the first step toward restoration. The Lord draws near to the brokenhearted, and He is already at work in your desire to give Him your all. Let us turn to Scripture to anchor our hearts in truth:

*"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded."* (James 4:8 WEB)

*"The LORD is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth."* (Psalm 145:18 WEB)

Your struggle with sleep and normalcy is not uncommon when the soul is restless. The enemy would love to keep you in this cycle of discouragement, but we rebuke that spirit of heaviness in the name of Jesus. The Lord does not condemn you for your weakness; He invites you to cast your burdens upon Him. You are not alone in this battle, and your cry for help is heard.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and contrite hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is seeking to return to You with their whole heart. Lord, You are the God who restores, who revives, and who never forsakes Your children. We ask that You would break the chains of distance and apathy that have taken hold. Ignite in them a fresh fire for You, a holy fear of the Lord that leads to life, and a deep conviction that stirs their soul to action.

Father, we ask that You would quiet their mind and grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding. Where there is no motivation, fill them with Your strength. Where there is no discipline, teach them to rely on Your Spirit. Where conviction has faded, let Your Word cut through the noise and speak truth to their heart. Help them to surrender every part of their life—sleep, thoughts, actions, and desires—into Your hands. May they experience the joy of Your presence once again, knowing that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in them.

We rebuke the spirit of slumber and distraction that has kept them from resting in You. We declare that their sleep will be sweet, their mind will be at peace, and their heart will be aligned with Yours. Lord, remind them that You are not a God of half-hearted devotion, but You delight in those who seek You with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. May they find their strength in You alone.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the One who reconciles us to You and gives us access to Your throne of grace. Thank You, Lord, for Your mercy and love that never fails. Amen.

Beloved, we want to encourage you with the truth that your desire to return to the Lord is evidence of His work in your life. The fact that you are grieving over your distance from Him is a sign that the Holy Spirit is convicting you and drawing you back. Do not despise this season, but see it as an opportunity to press into Him with even greater fervency.

Start small, but start now. Open your Bible, even if it feels dry. Speak to the Lord, even if your words feel hollow. Worship Him, even if your heart isn’t in it yet. Obedience precedes feeling, and as you take steps toward Him, He will meet you where you are. Remember the words of Jesus:

*"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls."* (Matthew 11:28-29 WEB)

You are not meant to carry this burden alone. Lean on the body of Christ, share your struggle with trusted believers, and let them walk alongside you. The Lord uses community to sharpen, encourage, and uplift us. And know this: the Lord is not angry with you. He is waiting with open arms, ready to embrace you and restore the joy of your salvation.

*"The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise."* (Psalm 51:17 WEB)

Keep pressing in. Keep seeking. Keep crying out. The Lord is faithful, and He will not leave you in this place. You are deeply loved, and your return to Him is precious in His sight.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when we feel distant from the Lord, like we're just going through the motions. But remember, even in our weakness, He's right there with us, longing to draw near. Let's cling to that promise in James 4:8, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." He's not pushing us away; He's waiting for us to take that step towards Him.

We know sleep hasn't been easy, but let's claim that peace of God that surpasses all understanding together. Let's pray that He'll quiet your mind and fill you with His strength and discipline. You're not alone in this, and every small step you take towards Him matters.

Let's also remember, God isn't disappointed in us. He's a God of second chances, of fresh starts. He's waiting with open arms, ready to welcome us back. So, let's keep pressing in, keep seeking, keep crying out. He's faithful, and He won't leave us in this place.

We're here for you, praying for you, believing with you that you'll find your way back to Him. Keep fighting the good fight, and remember, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy-burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
