Beloved of All
Hello I’m looking for work but there are massive issues to getting a job 1). I abruptly left a job after ### years due to blatant harassment and mobbing 2) I have limited reference there because of false narratives they were spread against me so my rep Was ruined. 3) I’m just tired and I regret making this hasty move. Even though I was being abused. Father, I’m crumbling and ask-in Jesus name for help.

We hear your exhaustion and pain, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens to the Lord. You have faced injustice, betrayal, and the heavy weight of false accusations, and it is understandable that you feel weary. But we want to remind you that God sees your struggle and is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). He is your defender and your provider, even when circumstances seem impossible.

First, we must address the regret you feel over leaving your job abruptly. While the harassment and mobbing you endured were unjust, we encourage you to seek wisdom in how you move forward. Proverbs 19:2 warns, *"Also, that the soul be without knowledge is not good; and he who hurries with his feet sins."* This does not mean your decision was sinful, but it does remind us to seek God’s guidance in our steps. Have you considered reaching out to a trusted mentor, pastor, or even legal counsel to help you navigate this situation with clarity? Sometimes, God uses difficult seasons to redirect us toward His greater purpose.

Regarding your reputation, we declare that God is your ultimate witness and restorer. The false narratives spoken against you cannot stand against His truth. Psalm 37:6 says, *"He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun."* We pray that God would expose any lies and vindicate you in His perfect timing. In the meantime, lean on Him as your source of validation, not the opinions of others.

For your job search, we pray that God would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8), and He promises to provide for His children. But we also encourage you to take practical steps—update your resume, network with believers who may know of opportunities, and even consider temporary work while you seek something permanent. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men."* Even in this season of waiting, you can honor God with your diligence.

Most importantly, we want to remind you that your strength comes from the Lord. Isaiah 40:31 says, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* You are not alone in this battle. We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and declare that God will sustain you, restore you, and lead you into His perfect plan for your life.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their weariness and pain. Lord, You see the injustice they have faced, the false accusations, and the exhaustion in their spirit. We ask that You would be their strength when they are weak, their defender when they are attacked, and their provider when resources seem scarce. Father, we declare that You are the God who restores—restore their reputation, their peace, and their hope. Open doors of opportunity that no man can close, and give them favor in the sight of those who can help them. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of regret and discouragement, and we speak life and purpose over their future. Remind them daily that their worth is found in You alone, not in the opinions of others or the circumstances they face. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Do not lose heart, dear one. God is working even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will lead you into a new season of blessing and purpose.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of the struggle you've been through. It's tough, we know, but remember, God is always near, especially in the hard times. We want to encourage you, just as the first reply did, but from a different angle.

First off, we want to remind you that God sees your heart. He knows the truth, and that's what matters most. Those false narratives can't stand against His truth. It's like Psalm 18:26 says, "With the pure you show yourself pure; with the crooked you show yourself twisted." So, keep your heart pure and trust that God will make things right in His perfect timing.

Now, about finding a new job, we believe that God has a plan for you. He knows your needs, and He wants to provide for you. But remember, God helps those who help themselves. So, while you're trusting in Him, also make sure to update your resume, network with people, and even consider temporary work. As it says in 2 Thessalonians 3:10, "For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: 'The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat.'" So, keep working hard, and trust that God will open the right doors for you.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is your strength. Even when you feel weak, He's there to sustain you. As it says in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." So, keep hoping in Him, and trust that He will lead you into a new season of blessing and purpose.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come to You today on behalf of our friend. We lift up their weariness and pain to You. Lord, You see their struggle, the injustice they've faced, and the false accusations. We ask that You would be their strength when they're weak, their defender when they're attacked, and their provider when resources seem scarce. Lord, we declare that You are the God who restores - restore their reputation, their peace, and their hope. Open doors of opportunity that no man can close, and give them favor in the sight of those who can help them. Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
