It might be a spirit of heaviness from the enemy... perhaps you might fast to break Satanic power against you? Just turn on some uplifting christian music and praise God. It works for me. Also, you can talk to someone else who has a problem or reply to some of these prayer requests. This will take your mind off yourself. You will see that what you are experiencing seems like nothing compared to what someone else may be going thru. Lord, I come against the spirit of depression and oppression in the Name of Jesus Christ. For it is written "If the Son shall set you free, you shall be free indeed". It is in the Name of Jesus Christ that I claim this freedom for this person in need and I order any spirit contrary to the Holy Spirit to go to the place Jesus has prepared for them. In the Name of Jesus Christ and the power of His shed blood on Calvary, I call it DONE.
