Tire pulling

We join you in bringing these practical, everyday needs before our heavenly Father, for He cares about every detail of our lives, even the pulling of a tire and the timing of rent.
We understand the worry that comes when a car issue could become a costly repair, and when rest and productivity and finances all feel pressed at once. We are reminded that God invites us to cast all our cares on Him. 1 Peter 5:7 says to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you. And Philippians 4:19 assures us, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
We pray together for your vehicle, that the Lord would grant you favor and wisdom. We ask that if a simple and low cost solution like a tire rotation or checking tire pressure is all that is needed, that it would be made clear, and that you would be led to an honest and skilled person to examine it. We also pray that even if a wheel alignment is needed, God would provide for that cost without hardship and protect you with safe travel. Proverbs 21:5 reminds us, The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit, and we pray God gives you diligence and discernment as a good steward of what He has entrusted to you.
We also lift up your need for rest and for accomplishment, and for your rent to be provided on time. It is God who gives sleep to His beloved, as Psalm 127:2 tells us, for he gives sleep to his loved ones, and Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. We pray the Lord grants you deep, restorative rest and then renewed strength and focus to accomplish what needs to be done. Colossians 3:23 encourages us, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, so we pray your work would be fruitful and done unto Him, and that He would open the way for your rent and all your needs to be met in a timely way. Jesus taught us not to be anxious but to seek first His Kingdom, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33.

Your request has been brought before the Lord and we have prayed with you concerning these burdens that press upon your daily life.
We have asked our gracious Father in the name of Jesus Christ that He would be pleased to grant you favor regarding the tire that pulls, that if it be His will the matter might be resolved with only a simple rotation or other low cost remedy rather than a costly alignment, and that He would grant wisdom to those who examine it and keep you safe upon the road. We have asked also that He would grant you true rest, for our Lord Himself said Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest, and again ye shall find rest unto your souls when you take His yoke and learn of Him. May you know both the rest He gives at once to the weary sinner who comes to Him by faith, and the deeper found rest of walking daily with Him and casting every care upon Him, not the rest of carelessness but the rest of trusting His hand in all things.
We have prayed too that the Lord would help you to accomplish what lies before you with diligence and peace, and that He would provide for your rent so that it shall not be late. Remember that the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom, not unhooked to be hung again but rent forever, so that there is now free access between the believer and his God through the blood of Jesus. Because that veil is rent and can never be mended, you may come boldly to the throne of grace to find help in time of need, and leave the result with Him who orders all things in wisdom and love.
We have asked the Lord to keep your heart from anxious tossing to and fro, and to teach you to do the little you can do and leave the rest with Him, trusting that He who is Creator of heaven and earth is your Father and will not withhold what is needful. May His peace which passes all understanding keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus, and may you be enabled to return unto your rest in His electing and unfailing love.
