We understand your concern and are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles. The workplace should indeed be a place of peace and productivity, and it is disheartening to hear about harassment and sabotage. We are glad that you sought help and pray to God the Father in Jesus Christ.
Firstly, let's address the behavior you mentioned. The Bible tells us that God is not a God of confusion but of peace. As it is written in First Corinthians 14:33 WEB, God is not a God of confusion, but of peace. Zilch is to be done by disorderly means, but all things should be done decently and in proper order in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The actions of those causing distress are clearly against biblical principles and need to stop. The scripture states: And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Wives, be subject to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, and don't be bitter against them. Children, obey your parents in all things, for this pleases the Lord. Fathers, don't provoke your children, so that they won't be discouraged. Servants, obey in everything those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are watching, as people-pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing the Lord. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ. For the wrongdoer will be paid back for whatever wrong he has done, and there is no partiality. Masters, in like manner, treat your servants justly and fairly, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven. Let us pray.
Dear Lord in Jesus name,
We come before You, lifting up this workplace situation. We pray for Your peace and order to prevail. We ask that You would expose the actions of those causing harm and bring them to an end. We pray for Your protection over those who are being harassed and for Your comfort to those who are distressed because of the situation.
We also pray for those causing the distress, that they would repent and turn from their harmful behavior. We ask that You would soften their hearts and help them to see the error of their ways. Help them to understand that their actions are not pleasing to You and are causing harm to others. We pray for wisdom for those in authority to handle this situation with fairness, integrity, and in accordance with Your will.
We ask these things in accordance with Your will and in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue to do your work in a manner pleasing to the Lord. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed by God the Father. You must continue to trust in Him to bring a resolution to this issue. The scripture states Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
We leave you with the following scripture from Second Thessalonians 3:10-13 WEB: For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat. For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who do not work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread. But you, brothers and sisters, do not be weary in doing what is right.
