There's a situation...my mother passed away in March, and one of the insurance companies ### and ### were supposed to get money from said the way it was worded, ### could only get it when ### was alive. But since then, other sources have stated that there IS a chance at getting something, even so, and the wording on one page says ### and ### are beneficiaries, and looking that up and even asking a lawyer, they agreed that "beneficiaries" mean after death you DO get the proceeds. So since ### had quite a few unexpected expenses lately, the request is that it breaks in ### favor.
